Awesome.
Yes. Amazing. We're hyped.
You're hyped? What hyped you up today?
The keynote speaker at the beginning talked to us about resiliency and how to just keep going. If you're knocked down, get up again. Yeah. Determined, not deterred.
Being determined.
Awesome. I am part of State SHRM. I am the inclusion, equity, and diversity director. He was awesome. I love the energy that he brought. Yeah. He left us with takeaways. So not only did he give us some great tips, just thinking about fear, thinking about being a game changer, and really reflecting, like, how are you right now? Right. And being okay with not being okay and knowing that we have a whole tribe of people that are volunteers with us that can support us during our crisis and challenging times. I am from the Indy Sherm chapter, Director of Legislative Affairs.
Loved how he talked about fear, right? Because we talk about fear as false evidence appearing real, but I liked how he changed it to face everything and rise. Yeah. So it's like, yeah, I'm a game changer. So it's like, what am I fearful for? Just go ahead and see what it takes and just move If you're looking for somebody to help you change your energy and change the game, then definitely Kenston is your man.
Awesome. I'm from Marian University. I'm the chapter president. One thing that I really liked was he talked about being curious, coming into different environments, having a curious mind, and I really think that can drive positive interactions within the workplace. Love to have him come talk. Make sure you get him to talk at all of your professional developments.
That is great. Thanks so much, a lot. Resilient. When you get knocked down, like, it's all about what you do and how you handle that and how you get back up and how you learn from it. Yeah, learn and grow from mistakes and experiences. Learn and grow. What about you?
I would say for me, I think that resonated the most was just the power of connection. Power of connection. Building that connection and, and staying connected with people. Awesome. Would you, uh, you know, recommend Kenston Henderson CSP EPIC Experiences to someone else? Absolutely. In fact, our chapter's going to— yeah, yeah, yeah.
