Hey, hey, listen to me. Stop trying to save the entire world by yourself. Stop it. You see, in 2020, I thought I was going to try to save the entire world with all the craziness that was happening. We had the COVID crisis, the racial crisis, the political crisis. It was crisis all over the place. But then I started to feel symptoms of anxiety and having signs of depression because I was trying to carry something that was never mine to carry. You see, we don't have time for that. I said we, you and I, don't have time for that. So here's what you can do instead during times of craziness. Number one, pray and prioritize. Ask for guidance and clarity on what's truly yours to carry, like what's your part. Then delegate and collaborate. You see, we weren't meant to do life alone, so you operate in your gift and others too. And then rest and reset. Burnout is not a badge of honor. You hear me? Burnout is not a badge of honor. So take the weight off, find your lane and run it. You see, I found mine speaking and going into workplaces to help them create and cultivate healthy and belonging cultures. I found my lane. It's on you to find yours. Remember, you can do it, but it's up to you to do it. Peace.
