Listen, I wanted to let you in on some information that I received through several surveys that I sent out as it relates to HR leaders and some of the challenges that they have. And I found some surprising results and I wanted to share them with you. Out of the over 100 HR leaders surveyed, I want to share with you the top 4 challenges. Number 1 was employee engagement and retention. Number 2 was talent management and team dynamics. Number 3 came in with effective communication challenges, and then number 4 was workforce diversity and inclusion. And so I share with those— share with you those results because those are actually my top 4 things that I specialize in working with organizations with.
