Hey, great people. When I first got started speaking, the 4 people that really influenced me and inspired me when speaking are late Father Lawrence Henderson Sr., Les Brown, T.D. Jakes, and John Maxwell. Listen, these brothers inspire me all by way of their ability to capture an audience's attention and keep it. The way they storytell, the way they had different voice inflections, their facial expressions, their energy, their emotions, Everything played a great part, and I remember their one-liners, you know, to this day. My dad would always ask the audience, "Did you learn from your mistake, or did you learn from your failure?" Uh, Les Brown would say with his strong voice, "If you can look up, you can get up." Uh, T.D. Jakes, uh, his one-liner was, "Get ready, get ready, get ready!" And the audience would go, "Wow!"
