In this motivational video, Kenston Henderson, Chief Empowerment Officer of Live With Life, urges viewers to stop “doing life alone” and to embark on a comprehensive decluttering journey across mental, spiritual, emotional, financial, and relational domains. He likens extreme clutter to the TV show Hoarders, illustrating how unchecked mess can harm health, emotions, and mental well‑being, and stresses that decluttering is essential for reaching one’s fullest potential. Henderson outlines a five‑step framework: (1) discover the life areas that need attention, (2) set attainable goals, (3) establish checks and balances to monitor progress, (4) adjust as needed, and (5) enlist a coach for guidance. He promotes a Live With Life notebook (including a pen) as a practical tool for tracking goals and notes, offering a limited supply via email. The video concludes with a strong call to action—subscribe, follow on social media, and connect for coaching—reinforcing his core quote, “If you’re doing life alone, you’re doing it all wrong.”

Hi, I'm Kenston Henderson, your Chief Empowerment Officer at Live With Life. Look, I'm excited, I'm honored, I'm thrilled to be doing life with you. You see, if you're doing life alone, you're doing it all wrong. And if you didn't know, my mission is to ignite, inspire, and empower you to live with life, live with purpose. Because if we're not doing that, we're just existing, and we don't have time for that. Because we got things to do, places to go, people to see, and lives to impact. So, ever watch the show Hoarders? See, on that show, it's about going into people's homes and seeing that their homes are out of control. It's crazy. It's filled with mess all the way to the brim. There's trash everywhere. There's collectible things everywhere— dolls, lawnmowers. Just everything is in this home. And it's gotten so bad to the point where it's causing the person who's living there health to be a concern, their emotional state to be a concern, their mental state to be a concern. And so much so, they have a choice to make, and the choice is either they're going to declutter their lives or be forced into a situation where it's going to either cause them more harm or they're going to be evicted from their homes. And so what we want to do is take you on a journey of decluttering your life because it's essential that we declutter many different areas of our lives to reach our fullest, our greatest potential. Are you ready to go on this journey with us? Okay, see, we're going to give you 5 ways to take inventory of your life. And again, we're talking— we're not just talking about, uh, your mental, but your spiritual, but your emotionally, your financial areas of your life, your relationships, many different areas that we need to pay attention to so that way we live our greatest life. Are you ready? All right, so one of the ways is by discovering the areas that we actually need to address. Yes, once we discover that, then we can set some attainable goals that you can go to reach towards to make sure we're addressing those areas of your life. Then we're gonna put some checks and balances in place to make sure we're checking the progress of each of those goals. And if we need to make some changes, that's okay, but as long as we make them. Finally, we will talk about getting a coach, someone that'll be able to help you see your way through decluttering your life. See, often when we're in the situation, we're not able to see outside of it. And so what a coach does, they come alongside you and help you get through the clutter. Alright, and so to make sure that we— because we believe in you and we want to pour into you, we have a Live With Life notebook that we want to give to you. And in this notebook there's a pen inside and it's an area where you can write notes, take notes, jot your goals down to make sure you're in right alignment with decluttering your life. Now if you want one of these, we have a limited supply, but email us at Kenston@livewithlife.com. That will be in the section below. Now, don't forget to subscribe and follow us on all our different social media platforms, as we want to stay connected to you and we want you to get all the information that is needed to live this decluttered life. My quote is, "If you're doing life alone, you're doing it all wrong." So make sure you connect with us and follow us. All those things will be in the details in the description.
