This is a YouTube video titled "Your Consistency Will Silence Your Critics" (uploaded 2022-07-20). It contains a short motivational monologue by a single speaker (labelled SPEAKER A) encouraging listeners to be consistent—showing up, following through, and being trustworthy—to reduce critics and win respect.
Hey, great people, listen, I want to encourage you today with, uh, your consistency will silence your critics. Say it again, your consistency will silence your critics. I say that because many times people have nothing else to do but criticize instead of encourage, instead of support. They want to criticize, but just be consistent in what you do. Be consistent at showing up, be consistent at following through, be consistent at being a trustworthy person. And I guarantee you, it will silence your critics. I won't say it will silence them all because again, people have nothing better to do. But for the ones who truly value trustworthy people, people of good character, they will have a change of heart. And I've seen that time and time after again. So be consistent, showing up, following through, and know that actions over words Birds.
