In this 20‑minute vlog, Khari Harper recounts the most devastating day of his life—November 27, 2025—when his business collapsed, his marriage fell apart, and severe depression left him immobilized. He describes the false foundation of his former self, the shame of living a lie, and the moment his eight‑year‑old son’s comment about his inactivity sparked a turning point. Khari begins a disciplined routine of daily gym work, learning to act despite how he feels, which becomes the first concrete step toward recovery. He then travels to Colombia to confront unresolved trauma, enduring a spiritual battle and a deep self‑audit that forces him to face his past sins and the weight of his identity. After a pivotal conversation with his son’s mother, he returns to New Jersey, feels a renewed purpose, and decides to relocate to Florida, undertaking a 19‑hour solo drive that symbolizes his break from the past. Upon arriving, he experiences a profound sense of lightness, settles into a new home, and meets a mentor who imparts the mantra “if you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.” Khari applies this lesson, stops self‑sabotage, rebuilds his business to a booming state, improves his relationship with his son, learns more compassionate communication with women, and embraces a new, aggressive‑yet‑balanced mindset. He concludes by announcing a return to regular content—business, lifestyle, travel—inviting viewers to join his journey toward freedom, emphasizing that true freedom starts inside and manifests outwardly.

November 27th, 2025 was the most life-altering day of my life. So many things could happen, you know, as a man. And there's so many things that I thought to myself that would never be me. I used to watch videos about guys losing it all, heartbroken, all of that. I'm like, that will never happen to me. That's impossible. Well, November 27th, 2025, it did. And it was the worst feeling in the world because I've realized I built a life on a false foundation. And all it took was one thing to destroy the entire foundation completely. But I didn't stop. I kept swinging. Let me take you back a little bit, and then I'm going to show you where I am now. So in November, this is pretty much what I looked like. You could see the pain and depression in my eyes. I was living this false life, trying to convince everybody I was happy, or I was the man that I said to everybody that I was, or what I perceived online. But looking at myself now compared to back then, I can see what a lie that was. It was disgusting. I was disgusting. The type of individual I was, I was overweight. I couldn't keep the promises to myself. I couldn't stay in a committed relationship. And it's not because I didn't want to. It's because at the time I didn't even understand how to commit to myself. How am I going to commit to somebody else? I realized that old version of me was a very bad man. You know, a lot of the times we think a bad man is out here doing bad things. No, a bad man is a man who does not keep the promises to himself and the promises he's made to other people. And that was me. Even though I went through such a devastating time of my life, lost my business, lost clients, severe depression, laying on my couch Christmas Day and my son's birthday, I couldn't even get off the couch. I literally had to get dragged off the couch to get up and put on a fake smile for my birthday. One of the things that really made me change my life is I heard my son say one day, he was like, oh, you know, I don't want to ask dad to come and play because I know he's just going to lay on the couch because he's tired. And that just rung in my head over and over again. My child was witnessing me go through a serious depression and that's okay. There's nothing wrong with him seeing me not perfect every day. The problem was It was him seeing how I dealt with the depression, sitting on the couch, not getting up, just scrolling on TikTok endlessly, not sleeping at night, moving at 2, 3 AM, my mind just racing, thinking the worst thoughts possible. So I decided to start going to the gym. I was going to the gym before, but I was like, hey, Khari, listen, the time is going to pass regardless. You will get out of this situation. You will feel better, but the work starts now if you want to feel better about yourself later. So started going to the gym. Day 1, nothing happened. Day 2, nothing happened. Month 1, nothing happened. Month 2, nothing happened. But there was a switch. I didn't feel better. I was going to the gym in pain, but I began to understand one thing. I can do hard stuff regardless of how I feel. And I've never operated that way. I've always operated based on how I feel. It's funny because I would coach other people and say, you can't operate on feelings, but I was a very emotional and a very reactive man. But going to the gym started changing that. I felt like crap when I went to the gym. I felt like crap internally, spiritually, when I was eating healthy. But it showed me like, hey, Khari. You can do it regardless of how you feel. As time went on, January, February, I started feeling better about myself. I started looking better, still heartbroken, still hurt, but I was like, wow, okay, we kind of have a proof of concept now. But then the next wave begins, the spiritual battle. When you think about all of the wrong that you've done, it all comes to light and not just in a small moment. All the wrong you've done throughout your entire life, the wrong things you said, how you treated people, how you handled people, it all comes to light. And I just sat with that pain. I sat with it because I was tired of running. You begin running long enough, you eventually run out of space to run to. And there was no one to run to. While I was going through my healing journey, I definitely had my family and support. support around me. They didn't understand, but at least I knew they were there. They were trying to make me feel better, even though they didn't understand what I was going through or even know. But one day in February, I decided to hop on a flight back to Colombia because there's a lot of unresolved things that were there. And most people wouldn't go back to a place where there's so much trauma, memories, all of that. But I said, Khari, if you want to close this chapter of your life, you have to sit in it. If you want to become the man you say you want to be, you have to go face that final boss. And that's what I did. I sat in it in Colombia, February, March, April. There was a night I was drinking, and I don't drink, you know, because I was on such a healthy wave. I thought about ending it all. The weight got too heavy. And it wasn't the weight of the breakup. It was the weight of what kind of man have I become? What kind of representation of God have I become where I've done all of these things? Gluttony, lust, lying, cheating. What kind of man was I? And it was just so heavy. There was no distractions. It was just me versus me every single day. Every single day. So the voices just kept getting louder and louder and louder. And one day I was just like, What kind of man am I? But then I ended up talking to my son's mother. She said, come home. She's like, you need to be around family. Come home. So that's what I did. The next day I hop on a flight and I'll go back to Jersey. As I was going back to New Jersey, I was sitting in the airport and I heard a voice tell me, you did it. It's over. That's what we needed you to do. Sit with everything and you survived it. That's what happened. It was the biggest self-audit of my life in Colombia because there was no distraction. When you have a kid, I have a kid, he's running around, I'm a little bit distracted. You know, there's distractions everywhere. That was the first time in my life where I had no distractions. When I was in Colombia, there was nothing distracting. I just had to sit with it as a man. And that's what I did. The minute I get back to New Jersey, I say, wow, I feel good. But it's time for a change. My soul is calling for expansion. You know, just transforming the body isn't enough. You know, my soul needs more now. I need to really hone in and harness this energy in this new man that I've become, or Or maybe the man that I always was supposed to be. I need to capture it. So my lease in New Jersey ends May 31st. And I decide to pack my bags. I took one suitcase and one bag. And I just hop in the car and I drive down to Florida. No plan, no place to stay, nothing. I just go. That drive, it was a 19-hour drive by myself. There was nobody to talk to. The voices just kept getting louder. They're like, you have to keep going. Some voices were telling me, turn around. They're like, no, stay in Jersey. But I hate Jersey. So much trauma and pain there. Couldn't stay there. Not if I wanted to grow. And I've always said I wanted to live in Florida. And if I say I'm going to do something, So I'm driving down to Florida. I pull over in South Carolina in this, this gas station to sleep. And there was so much chaos and crime happening around me, drugs, everything. It was— I don't know why I slept there, but something told me to sleep there. And I did. But I slept in peace. It was the most peaceful Moment of my life because I sat there and I was like, we're almost at the next chapter. And I truly felt the presence of God with me in the midst of the chaos. So the next morning I wake up, I start driving. I only got like 5 hours left till I get to Florida. When I crossed into that Florida line, whatever it is, wherever you end up, it was like Georgia into Florida. I don't know what the What state you have to cross over. When I crossed into that Florida line, everything changed for me. My skin started glowing. I felt lighter. I felt free again. I felt like everything that I just went through didn't even exist, like it never happened. So you get an Airbnb. I'm renting a room on Airbnb. I don't even know why I'm renting a room. I'm just like, hey, let me just rent a room because I don't know if I'm going to like it. I don't want to overcommit. I end up finding a place that I love living. And then I sign up for a gym. The first day at the gym, I run into this guy. He pulls up the same time I pull up. He pulls up in this beautiful McLaren, beautiful vehicle, black dude. He's like 65 years old, but body's all cut up, his fucking muscles and everything, right? I see him, I give him a little head nod. And then when we're in the gym, I ask him, I was like, you look really good for your age. And you know, I'm on my fitness journey as well. It's like, I don't like to ask this, but is there a piece of advice you can give me? Remember, I'm always a student before anything. I'm a student of life. I'm always open to learning. And this, this guy said, listen here, young blood, I'm gonna put you on game. It's gonna save you forever. He said, if you find yourself in a hole, stop digging. And then he just walked away. Smooth as hell. He was one of those real smooth, like old school guys. He said, if you find yourself in a hole, stop digging. And I live by that saying. If you find yourself in a hole, stop digging. November 27th, I found myself in a hole. The year before that, I found myself in a hole. The year before that, I found myself in a hole, but I kept digging. I kept digging. So it was harder to dig myself out when it was time to dig myself out. But it was worth it. Because when you truly reach rock bottom, and I'm talking about spiritual rock bottom, stop digging. Everything you did to get there, do the opposite. Just do the opposite. Go to the gym, focus on your business, focus on your money, focus on the people you love, and understand that, hey, sometimes it's okay to go into isolation and it's not okay to stay there. But let's get back to the story. So I continue, go to the same gym. A month later, I make a commitment to move to Florida. I'm in my beautiful home right now as we speak. I make a commitment to go to Florida. I mean, to stay in Florida. And that was in June, end of June, or no, July 1st. I make that commitment. Man, I can tell you the worst moments of my life, and I've been through some stuff in my life, felt like it was the past 6, 7, 8 months. But there is, there is light at the end of the tunnel. There truly is light at the end of the tunnel. And I'm so grateful now that I went through what I went through. Definitely don't want to do it again. Appreciate it. I'm good. Don't want that again. But I'm grateful for what I've experienced because I finally had a chance to look at myself in the mirror and there was no one coming to save me. Nobody. And nobody did. This is the first time in my life where I fully transformed myself with my own two hands. No help. Nobody pulling me out. Nobody feeling for me. No distractions. And now that I finally made it over to the other side, it was worth it. My business is booming. I serve my clients at the highest level possible because I'm operating at the highest level possible. My relationship with my son is, oh my God, it is incredible. He is the greatest man ever. He's 8 years old and I love him to death and he's only becoming more cool. I'm starting to understand even how to communicate with women. I was very aggressive. And I didn't realize how aggressive I was when I would speak with women. I realized you can't speak to women the same way you speak to men. Men are very like in your face, like, hey, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And men like, yeah. But women, you have to be gentle. You have to caress them. You have to love them. You have to hold them. You have to make them understand, like, even if it is their fault, you have to tell them it's not their fault. But I didn't understand that at the time. But now I do. I had to lose a lot in order for me to gain a lot. The saying is true. When God removes things from your life, he does return 10 times more. So if you're going through that season where you feel like everything is being stripped from you, I promise you, if you do what you're supposed to do, it will be worth it. If you don't, the lesson will repeat. I am not the same man I was before. If you're seeing me right now, I am not who I was 6 months ago, 3 months ago, a year ago, 2 years ago. I'm a happy man. I'm a good man. Still aggressive. You know, I love the war. I'm a soldier, right? I mean, I love money. I love business. I love it all. But I'm a good man. But it took a lot of cleaning up and just extracting over and over again. And when you think it's done, it's not. And it's just like, dang, I thought I was past this. And then you find out you weren't. There's still more to go. But it's worth it. Whatever you're going through right now, it is your fault. But if it's your fault, it also means you have every single right In every single opportunity to change the outcome. If you find yourself in a hole, stop digging. I stopped digging. I'm so thankful I did. I wish somebody would have told me when I was going through everything just how good life would get. Because it's good. It's very good. Now, for those of you who made it to the end of the video, this is kind of like my welcome back video to me. But we're going to be posting more about business, content, lifestyle, travel, all of that stuff. That's where we're going to be taking this channel. I'm going to be showing you guys how to live a life of freedom because freedom is not difficult to obtain. Freedom comes from within, and then externally it manifests. So stick around. My Instagram's at the bottom. Whatever else is going to be in the description below is going to be there for you. But I'm back. My soul craves expansion. My soul craves to create again. And that's exactly what's going to happen. But now we're gonna do it at the highest level possible, man. And I want you guys to come with me on the journey. I invite you guys to come with me on the journey. And everything I say may not be facts to you, but just take what you need. And whatever you don't need, throw it away or just give it to somebody else. But I'm here for you. So it's been a hell of a 2026. Thank you to everyone who stuck around. Thank you to the ones who didn't. Thank you to the ones who hurt me. Thank you to the ones who decided to help lift me up. And after all of this, after all the pain I just went through, I still believe in love. Still do. I'm gonna love at the highest form possible, the highest levels possible. So yeah, see you guys on the other side, and I'll catch you on the next video.
