So don't say, unless you're in a, you know, in a room where you want somebody to use you as a real estate broker, then don't, don't talk about that cuz you're confusing them as to what you're actually doing. So here's what I would say for you. Let's see. Um, it's somebody, okay. You're at a, you're at an event, non-real estate event, sitting, you know, talking to somebody, you're having a cocktail and they're like, hey, nice to meet you. Uh, tell me, uh, so, so what do you do? Um, well, uh, I invested in oil and gas, renewable energies. Uh, we put together groups of investors like you to do that with us, and we give you great returns.
