So some of our clients who've had great success, um, you know, host live events or do one-on-one meetings with their potential investors, whether meeting them at a coffee shop or in, you know, a church, uh, somewhere where you go regularly, meetups in your community. Doesn't have to be real estate meetups, could be any kind of meetup. Some of our clients are, uh, cocktail parties, 2-hour cocktail parties. This is actually a book that was written by a guy to kind of take the formality out of networking so that you could be networking without it seeming like you're networking. And you're just really increasing your circle of people that you know and acquaintances who then might introduce you to other people that might invest with you if they're not interested in investing themselves. Um, but I, I, we highly recommend this book. In fact, we, we talk about it a lot on our masterminds.
