Right. So, and $40,000 may be better, but again, you really need to vet the people. You want to make sure that you really want them in your deal, that they're not predatory or nervous or, you know, that they're just going to, you know, maybe, you know, call you every day and wonder what's going on or that they're going to be unreasonable. So if something like that happens on one of your deals, you want to know that your investors aren't going to become unreasonable and make demands that you can't comply with. So you want to know they're reasonable business people. So can't stress that enough.
