Good morning, fam. What's going on? Listen, I'm out here in Washington Square about to do these push-ups one time. This is, this is day number 3, so I'm not going to record me doing push-ups. I, I really doubt if you want to see me do that, so I'm not going to do that to you. I'm out here in Washington Square Saturday morning about to get it in. All right, day number 3. Hope all is well. You know, I'm doing this— the other challenge with this is, um, is get doing the whole video creation thing, just getting in the habit of doing that. Like, I like that space, that whole creative space. And, uh, it's work involved. It's not just pushing the button and recording. It's work involved. Anyway, chat soon. Thanks for being here with me. All right, I just did my 100. You know, I think I mentioned the other piece to this is just to, uh, do video on a regular basis just to get used to the whole not just recording, but, you know, the editing piece. So I like this space, but again, it's more than just pushing a button and just recording yourself. There's editing, there's work involved with this. It doesn't work, but it's exciting. I'm, you know, I'm excited about it. I'm glad you're here with me. All right, talk soon. Enjoy this Saturday. This is day number 3 of the, uh, 100 push-ups a day challenge until my 60th birthday. Y'all believe I'm going to do that? Do you believe I'm going to come out here every day or come somewhere every day and do these 100 push-ups? Sure I am. Why would I lie to you? I'm down here looking for a gardenia. I'm down here looking for a gardenia or jasmine flower. It smells so good. I might have lucked out. This is Rittenhouse, baby. Every Saturday morning is like this. But the lines though, it's like I can't do the lines real long. It starts getting in my way, you know, in a way. It's just the old man in me. I mean, am I walking like super fast or is everybody else walking really, really slow? It seems Oh, 4:15. Yeah. Oh, you know what I'm thinking? I'm thinking, um, this is more like a quarter. Hey, real quick, you do know that like the whole exercise tip, all of this goes— is a part of the handsome routine. So it's just not about you, uh, you know, you're getting a haircut, nice lines, and slap some Vaseline on your face and that's it. No, the handsome Routine is a mindset as well. It's about your health. So this is why we do, we add exercise to our routine. Just want you to know that. I don't want you to think that I'm having switched up and Kev is on some exercise tip. No, I've always exercised. I mean, but I'm encouraging my guys to, if you're at my age, you know, approaching 50, 40, or 60, or whatever, that this has to be a part of your routine. That's it. All right, that's it.
