Yo, what's up, fam? I'm out here, man.
This is day number 14.
100 push-ups every day, babe. But y'all know, y'all know I do more than 100 push-ups. I mean, to get the burn going, it has to be like 150 in before it even start burning, you know. But doing them every day is challenge, but I do more than 100 a day. But, um, it's a challenge. But the biggest challenge for me is, uh, it's not eating clean. I can eat clean. I can eat whole food. That's not an issue for me. If I never see a pie, a cake, a bowl of ice cream— if I never see those items again I won't miss them. I don't have a problem with that. My challenge, if you will, is tequila. Tequila is bad. Listen, that's my only challenge. That's the only thing that's in my way.
That's it.
That's it. Something about that tequila, man. I've been drinking it for a long time, fool. We have a relationship. But guess what? I know it's in the way. Alcohol really serves no real benefit, no real purpose. It's in the way of me getting to the next level. I know it. I do everything else right. I exercise on a regular basis. Again, doing 100 push-ups a day, that's not, you know, a real challenge for me. I'm going to do it every day. I guess the challenge is doing them every day. Day, but I'm used to doing push-ups. Um, but if I could stay away, and I'm going to— that's the deal, I'm going to stay away from the alcohol, man. That's it. That's my, that's my biggest challenge. I'm not going— I'm not lying to you.
This—
that's— I'm doing this for me. I got to show up for me, you know. But, uh, I feel good. Yesterday was the first day in a long time that I didn't have a Sunday. So I'm going a day before, but I'm about to go a week. I'm about to go 2 weeks, 3 weeks, a month clean. Watch. No alcohol.
That's it.
Anyway, that's it, man. That's it. I just want to share that with you. I'm out here in beautiful, um, is this Fairmount Park?
Yeah, I wonder trail.
This trail has been extended so, so nicely.
So nice.
This is one of the highlights of, of Philadelphia, is this trail. And I don't think it's intended to go back. I don't know how many miles it is, but it's a nice— it's a nice walk, it's a nice trip. A lot of folk out here just getting their walk on, getting their bike ride on, getting their run on.
But that's it, family.
Jection.
Listen, let me say this to you.
I don't look at getting old. I'm doing this— I said I could do this, you know, before my 60th birthday. I'm gonna have a year-end of getting strong, going into my 60s strong. You know, I don't look at getting older as declining. No, I'm just starting to figure some things out. I'm just beginning. I'm just getting this started. You know, anyway, I just wanted to share that with you. Getting stronger and picking that morning too much. Just be stronger, you know. That's it.
