Good morning. Today I'm feeling very mindful and calm. I woke up this morning and I started journaling my thoughts, my feelings, my day yesterday. And right now, as I'm eating my lunch and stirring my pasta, I'm admiring how I have this spoon and how I got this at the thrift store. And I just came across the most me spoon ever. I love how there are 2 bolts here. I love how it's very modern but also brings a lot of nostalgia. It's amazing to me that even the smallest objects in our day-to-day lives have so much personality and thoughtfulness. Also, look at how much food it can hold! Cheers! Before you go, there's another spoon I'd like to show you. I got this at an Airbnb on a road trip with my family, and I asked the owner if I could keep the spoon because it's so beautiful and it's well designed. It's very hefty, but it's been in my position for almost 2 and a half years, and every time I look at it, I just think about how kind the owners were for saying yes to letting me keep the spoon. I think about them from time to time, and I still have it with me. Thank you!
