Hello, this is Kristine, and this is part 3 of putting myself out there. I typically go on runs alone, but I wanted to meet people and make new friends, so I decided to join a running club. I'll be meeting the group at 6 for mingling, and then 6:30 we'll start the 3 to 5K run. That was such a rewarding experience because I feel like I found my people. We all think alike. We want to motivate each other. We want to push ourselves to become better individuals, and we did. It's empowering to see your growth. And to know that if you do fall back during your runs, you always have support. So put yourself in a running club and don't be afraid to make mistakes.
