Hello. Let's take a moment to close your eyes and think back to a moment that made you feel truly happy. Maybe it was small, something like laughing with a friend, the sun shining on your face, or a quiet morning with your favorite cup of tea or coffee. Try to notice how you felt during that time. Who was there and what were you thinking? Hello. What was around you? Chances are in that moment, you weren't caught up in the past or worrying about the future. You were simply present, fully there in tune with your body. Lately, maybe it's become more common to feel overwhelmed or down. Many of us find ourselves replaying old mistakes, especially when you're about to sleep at night, or wondering about what could have been. It's human. But when we live too much in the past, it's easy to carry those feelings into the future, almost without realizing it. So how do we begin to shift? And where do we start? Think of life like surfing. The waves keep coming, wave after wave, moment by moment. You can't catch one before it arrives, and trying to ride it too early or too late only throws you off balance. The key is meeting each wave as it comes, being right there with it. Being present isn't about getting it perfect; it's about showing up as you are. And you don't need all the answers; you just need a starting point. So let today be shaped by presence, not the past; by care, not pressure. And start gently. Start here and. Ride that wave.
