Hello, this is Kristine. I know this isn't your usual Yan content, but I've recently picked up cooking as a new hobby. Just came back from the grocery store, got some ingredients, and I've decided to make vegetarian quiche and stuffed bell peppers for dinner. But yes, let me show you the ingredients. Here's everything I got from the store. Very important first step is to tie up your hair so none of this gets in the food. You want to make sure that everything stays clean and hygienic. Step 1, wash all of the vegetables. Next, you're going to cut out the center. Slice up your mushrooms and tomatoes. Argo, here you go. For the stuffed peppers, the filling will consist of Impossible Meat, sweet corn, chopped tomatoes and mushrooms, lentils, and tikka masala sauce. In a heated and oiled pan, you want to first cook your fragrant vegetables, the ones that bring aroma and umami to the dish. You're going to first cook up your chopped onions. Make sure it's very caramelized. Make sure it's caramelized, make sure it's brown. Use some salt to lock in the flavor at the end. Next, you're going to add in your tomatoes and mushrooms. These won't burn. While that cooks, I'm going to heat my oven up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. You're going to add your Impossible Meat. I'll add the sweet corn and lentils. Lastly, add in your tikka masala sauce. To make the sauce less dry, you could add in coconut milk, which I'm going to do. You don't want it to be too wet either. Let's start assembling. Let's put the curry sauce in the bell peppers. Ta-da! Once they look like this, you can pop them in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. Now that we're waiting for the stuffed bell peppers to bake, let us start with the quiche. I'm gonna first prep the dough and make the crust. In a bowl, you're gonna crack 6 eggs and mix 1 bag of mozzarella with spring onions and other veggies that you like. All right, you're going to pour everything in. I actually added 5 to 10 more minutes for the stuffed bell peppers. Once that is done baking, we can throw this in the oven for about 35 minutes. While these 2 bake, I'm going to cook some rice. I'm not sure what you've been told, but make sure to run the rice water clear. Add like a little above This notch on your finger. Let's bring out the bell peppers. Ta-da! Let's also throw in the quiche, and then I'll show you what the bell peppers look like. While that is baking for 30 to 40 minutes, I'll show you the bell peppers. Ta-da! It's nice and cooked. While everything is cooking, this is the perfect time to clean up. I'm gonna throw all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and I'm gonna clean this space so I can serve some food later. I like to be a little extra. I'm gonna cut up some oranges. I'm finally done cooking. Here we got the stuffed peppers with rice, cut oranges and apples, and 2 quiche. All of this took me one to two hours, and I feel happiest when I'm cooking. I knew I was forgetting something. I forgot dill. I sprinkled some on. Perfect.
