Agent Freedom Collective has helped me build my business because it's given me all the tools and resources that when I was building my own business, I had to go find. After, you know, 11+ years of coaching agents, you know, we've been able to take all of those tools, all of those resources, and we've put them all in one place so that we can help those agents scale their business, go from where they are to where they want to be without taking any of the detours along the way.
When I got introduced to Agent Freedom Collective, Lars Hedenborg, and the whole organization, it was the first time in my whole that I heard people talking about having more time and freedom while growing your business.
It's unbelievable to me, but I get to spend my days helping other agents build. So build freedom, build more money, build a real estate business that serves them, and they don't have to go through 3, 5, 10 years of this bumpy road.
The poverty that exists inside of our industry is running rampant, and your ability to share this platform with others is the attraction opportunity.
There's a new way of doing things that these guys have already proven. There was proven systems in place that they were willing to share with me. And what was the result from that was the ability to maybe double and triple and quadruple even my production without having to go back to the old school way of doing things, which was grind, grind, grind.
All the training, ethos, community that we have here at Agent Freedom Collective, I've really leaned into learning about leverage, learning about time freedom, location freedom.
Being here this weekend has given me so much confidence to go home and share the many tools that we have with Agent Freedom Collective.
I think the difference here is, is that it's, it's beyond just the verbal support. It's also the tactical tools to actually have that success.
I really need time. I'm in a position where my production business goes very well and I need more time back. The Agent Freedom Collective has really just given me my time back.
I haven't seen an organization like this before, honestly, that supports the agent to this degree. And the caliber of agents that are supporting one another is amazing.
You know, we've had just conversation after conversation with guys just laying their, their truth at other people's feet. And like, let's just pick it up, and we can help you when you're, when you're weak. We can carry you when you need to be carried, because there will be a season where you've got your stuff together and you're strong, and then you're able to do that to the next agent that might be struggling.
It's the mentorship that's been the best part. I'm going to go all in and say there's 10 people that I want to change their lives, and by changing their lives, they're going to change my life, and we're going to do it together. And if we continue to do that and have that heart, we're going to literally change the industry. We're going to change the agent's kids who grow up now seeing Mommy and Daddy more than they ever did. And that is worth every single minute of every single day that I'm going to try to pour into those people. So I'm going all in on that, and so we'll see where we end up, but I'm excited to really pour in and find those people.
