Chalkbrood is a fungal disease that mummifies honeybee larvae and leaves them at the hive entrance. Replace your queen with one resistant to the disease, or for severe cases, do a shook-swarm onto fresh frames and burn the infected comb.

If you're seeing this at the bottom of your beehive, what you're looking at here is chalk brood, which is a fungal disease that affects the brood. The bees clean them out and dump them either on the bottom of the beehive or outside the front. Generally, the easiest way to fix this is to kill the queen and replace it with a queen of different genetics that is not susceptible to chalk brood. If you have a very, very bad case like this, what I would recommend is changing the queen but also shook swarming the colony, which means shaking out all of the bees onto a brand new beehive or a freshly scorched beehive, new frames, new foundation, burn all of that fungal-infected dark comb, and that will fix this problem completely.
