A beekeeper shows a frame grafted the day before, where nurse bees are feeding larvae with royal jelly. Most of the 30 cells have been accepted, marked by white wax and active feeding, while rejected cells show no activity. The queen cells will be ready to harvest in a few weeks.

So this is the frame that I grafted into yesterday, and as you can see, look at all of those nurse bees. The nurse bees there are clustering up, producing royal jelly, and then feeding the young larva that I grafted into these cells here. Now if I just knock off a few of the bees and nudge them out the way, every single one there with a bit of white wax has been accepted and the bees are feeding it. And then if there's any cells where it's been missed, just like that one there, you can see the bees have not accepted it. So 2 in a row there where the bees have not taken them. But then we're kind of back on track over here. All of the rest of those have been accepted. This is exactly what we want to see. Got about 30 queen cells on this frame that will be ready to harvest in a few weeks' time.
