Laurence Edwards inspects a beehive frame packed with brood and nectar. The bees have filled most cells and backfilled the center with honey, a sign of strong flow. The colony needs more space or it will stop laying eggs.

Lovely frame of brood. You can see those bits in the middle there, that's filling— backfilling with nectar. So, you know, ignore the little bits in the middle where there's not cells, but that is a really nice frame, but just completely honey-bound. They needed a bit more space.
