Laurence Edwards explains why bees swarming the hive entrance on the first warm day isn't robbing. They're orienting themselves to their surroundings after being confined. No fighting at the entrance, just resident bees welcoming them back.

This isn't robbing, this is classic orientation behavior. It's the first warm day, the bees have been cooped up inside the hive, the weather's turned nice, so the bees are coming out and orientating to their spot. If I zoom in there, you'll be able to see there's no fighting at the entrance. The bees are very happy for those bees to come in. It's just really good orientation behavior.
