Making soft-set honey is the easiest thing in the world, and you only need 2 things: soft-set honey seed and some runny honey. Take your runny honey, place it in a bucket, and add in 10% by weight soft-set seed. Mix it thoroughly without incorporating any air, and then leave the bucket in a warm room around 14°C for a few days. Every few hours, come back again, mix it a little bit more, and you will end up with the silkiest, smoothest soft-set honey that you can possibly imagine.
