A beekeeper shows how to build eleven frames at once using plywood pieces, pipe spacers, and a groove system. Cut two sizes of wood, screw them together, drill holes, glue and tap in the top bars, then flip it sideways to add wax sheets and the final bar. Takes just a few minutes instead of building them one by one.

Now this is the best thing you will see for beekeeping on the internet. So it's 18mm plywood or pine or whatever you can find, 400 by 130, 2 pieces of that, and 2 pieces 378 by 120, just screwed together. 2 holes sending each other adjacent to each other and 2 pieces of pipe. Now the pipe goes in one hole and into the other, in one hole And into the other. The holes are made so that it leaves a gap big enough to put your sidebars in with the groove facing inward. Those sizes, dimensions, are big enough to fit 11 frames in, so you're doing 11 in one go. Place a drop of glue in there and a drop of glue in there. Top bar, place your top bar on. Tap that into place. Instead of doing one, you would now do the next top bar, the next top bar, and you can do all 11. Takes you a couple of minutes to make 11 frames. Turn this over, you have all 11 frames. You have to turn it sideways, turn it over, and take your top section. Now only place— only fit one, so we're only fitting it on one side, and again You do all 11, but we're just going to do one. Pop a pin in. Same this side, pop a pin in. Again, repeat that on all 11. This is where the holes come in, because now it means you can slide your pieces of pipework out, lift your box off, and that will release 11 frames in one go. And you take your frame, remove the bottom bar, take your wax sheet Place your wax sheet in place just as you would with your normal. It's just saving you so much time by doing one after the other. And your tap bar in there, and there you have your frames made up. Thank you very much again to Simply Beautiful Honey. That's the best idea anyone has ever come up with.
