In this short German motivational monologue, the speaker argues that a vision or dream is meaningless if it remains only talk—"heiße Luft"—without concrete, continuous action. He stresses that while many people have aspirations, few develop a concrete plan and execute it. A vision and its underlying purpose must be lived out through disciplined, ongoing effort; otherwise it stays empty rhetoric.
