"Five Elements Healing" Paraliminal with Dr. Paul Scheele

Dr. Paul Scheele guides a meditation based on Spring Forest Qigong that focuses on five organ systems, each paired with a color and emotion: green for the liver, red for the heart, yellow for the stomach, white for the lungs, and dark blue for the kidneys. The practice uses visualization and breath to raise energy and support healing.

We're almost ready to be full on right now. Welcome to everybody who's joining on the live zoom call and to all of our friends on Facebook who are tuning in, it's time to get started. And the Paralympical that we're playing with today is called Five Element Heat Healing. This information about traditional Chinese medicine first came to me through the work of Master Chen Yi Lin in Spring forest qigong, which Learning Strategies has promoted all over the world. And the power of this approach is that it raises the frequency, the vibrational energy of each of the five major organ systems in the body. Each of those is associated with a color, with a season of the year, with an element of the universe and the model that they use, and also of a particular emotion. So the way in which this particular program is established is you imagine yourself in a field with five different energetics. So one is associated with each of the five major organ systems. So those organ systems are the liver, the heart, the stomach, which includes the pancreas and the lungs and the kidneys. So what I do with this paraliminal is I take you through each one of those organ systems, focusing your attention on that area with a color and with an emotion.
Now, you don't have to keep all of that in mind. I am going to go through it with you just so that you understand what each of them is, but you don't have to worry about it or, you know, am I, am I getting this right? Because like all paralympicals, what we're doing is we're communicating to that non conscious part of you that's running the show, all of the energy.
I see, Gilliam, you've got hold that up a little longer. I can't quite see it. Music. Oh, thank you very much. Oh, Gilliam, you're my best friend on this. Thank you very much. It's off now. Ah, beautiful. So I'm going to start all over again.
Now. We're beginning at the beginning of this. Welcome to the Five Element Healing. No, I'm just kidding. I hope the background music was helpful because it raised your energetic vibration. But here we go.
The five organ systems are the liver, the heart.
The stomach, pancreas.
The lungs and the kidneys. So each one of these has a particular energetic associated with it. So when you focus on the liver, the liver is designed to hold the energetic emotion of happiness. And it's the color green, like a beautiful spring color of green. So if you imagine that area of your body and imagine that beautiful green color expanding through you, feeling the experience of happiness, that's ideal. Now, if you've ever followed along with learning strategies, experience the spring forest practice that we do each day. You know that on certain days we'll focus on just the chi energy. Sometimes we'll focus on the organ system, sometimes we'll focus on the color in the five element healing. We're doing all three of those. You're imagining that essential energy expanding throughout. Then we move up into the heart. And the heart is the emotion of joy, passion. What is it that you're most passionate about when you're living in an open hearted way? What is the true gift and talent within you that you're bringing to the world? Imagine yourself immersed in that energy, the energy of joy. And the color is red. It's a celebratory color.
Then we move into the stomach and pancreas and that is the color yellow. And it's the emotion of peace. And also it's groundedness, the feeling that you're grounded right here in this present moment. Now, as you know, each of these emotions are your natural states.
So it's very important for you to recognize anytime you're not experiencing one of those. If you're in fear, if you're in anger, if you're ungrounded and you're worried, anxious, well, this is the opportunity to shift that into these natural, more positive emotions. So for example, you know how when you're getting ready to do something you've never done before, you get butterflies in your stomach, that anxiety feeling, well, that's associated with that feeling of being ungrounded. And so a feeling of peace is essential. Imagine those organs, bathe in the color yellow and imagine yourself.
Experiencing a sense of peace. When you are experiencing peace, you're going to be more effective at everything else you do. Now I've mentioned in previous sessions this idea that many people get living backwards. They think they need to do something in order to be at peace. They need to do something in order to be joyful. You need to do something in order to be happy, or get something, or have something in order to be happy. But remember, these emotions aren't states of doing, they're states of being. You are a human.
Being. You've been trained to be a human doing.
And do to be these things. But you're not. You are a being which is imbued with all of these emotions as a natural part of who you are. So it's about recovering that. And you know, if there is a disease in any organ system, it has to do with repetitive.
Opposite emotional states. And so to begin that healing process is to bring these positive emotions and colors into that particular area. Now we move to the lungs. And the lungs are the color white, and the emotion is contentment. So as you breathe in.
And out, that sense of contentment.
That is this. This movement of energy within you that expands into your bloodstream, into all throughout your body, this sense of contentment. And the idea behind this one, it's a beautiful movement that brings about a harmony of the universe. It's a beautiful way of breathing in, exhaling, breathing out. And all of this brings us back to the sense of contentment. Now, another paralyminal called the Soul of Money.
Lynne Twist emphasizes the idea of sufficiency, that you are sufficient. You're always given enough. And when you have this feeling like there isn't enough, there's no sense of contentment within you, That's a problem. So feeling the sense of contentment and allowing your body to breathe and seeing the lungs with a beautiful white light energy, that's the healing power. Then we move to the kidneys. Now, the kidneys. Excuse me, the kidneys are that place where the Qi energy resides and also is originally built. The kidney energy then flows in along this pathway that we've been talking about. Now, it's the last one that I focus on in this five element healing model. It's the first in the generation of Qi. So the kidney energy is an energy of gratitude, gratefulness, the feeling of the great fullness of life. And so the movement called the. The Seven Steps of New Light brings that feeling of gratitude in and out, just moving it through your body. The Lower Dan Tien, Middle Dan Tien, Upper Dan Tien. And as you're doing that, filling yourself with a sense of gratitude. Now, many people have been told it's very important to keep a gratitude journal, things that you're grateful for. If you could start your day with this feeling of what it is you're grateful for. Anything. Even if you're wracked with illness and disease, what's any one thing? It's a new day. I've got this breath. I'm actually waking up in a bed. I've got a floor to put my feet on, you know, anything. I've got a mind I can think with, anything. You can be grateful for anything, any small or large thing. And gratefulness then expands because you always get more of what you reinforce. The end of the day, also perfect. What am I grateful for about this day? It is that starting place for Qi energy for your next day. So the kidney energy is a dark blue color. Think of really deep dark water, dark navy blue color. And as you're breathing and bringing that energy to the kidneys, they become healed and restored. That flows into the liver, that flows into the heart, that flows into the stomach, pancreas, that flows into the lungs, that flows back into the kidneys. And so the cycle continues. And it's really interesting that that entire cycle is completed energetically every single day. About I think that Chen Yi said it was 20 some odd minutes. I'm not remembering the exact number right now, but that it's. Our bodily systems are actually going through the regenerative process throughout the day. So to take these 20 minutes with this paraliminal is a perfect sequence and timing to expand, restore and heal. Now also every night when you go to sleep, the organ systems go through that kind of washing, cleansing, purifying, restoring sequence as well. That's why it's very important not to eat food for a couple of hours before you go to sleep. Because if you put food or alcohol in the system, then what happens is the body is busily processing all of that. It's better if we can go to sleep well rested. It's an interesting concept, isn't it? But if you can go to bed more relaxed and go to bed ready to have the healing meditation of your sleep, restore your systems, boom. That's exactly what we want to have happen. Well, enjoy the five element healing. It's a profound system that can help when you're off any energy field.
If you know that one of those emotions isn't there. Going through all five is going to help a lot if your physical body is fighting any kind of cold, flu.
Illness of any kind. Beautiful to do this because the mind body are now working together with the emotions.
And with all of the natural energies within you to restore you to full and high level wellness. Have a spectacular day, enjoyed being with you. I look forward to seeing you in our next session. Bye for now.
