Hello and welcome to today's Q and A session for Mind tracks and Learning Strategies. This is Wendy Greer, one of the coaches here and I've been coaching the parallel for over 20 years now. So I'm a big fan and I love what I do. One of the things we've been noticing is that a lot of the questions I'm fielding are very similar. They're related to similar topics and similar aspects of listening to and maximizing your use of the paralyminals. So we thought it would might be really helpful to have a session that's devoted specifically to those things that are coming up repeatedly and you'll be able to adapt these to whatever your particular circumstances. So what I want to do is give some sort of open ended answers to the kind of questions I'm getting and then you can adapt it to what you've got going on in your life. Would like to start by saying that one of the reasons that parallel work so incredibly well is they're so organic and so they can be adapted to wherever you are in your life. They're very, you can modulate them to any intention, any outcome you're looking for, for, and any place in your life where you're currently existing, where you're currently working on whatever you're trying to manifest. So for that reason, some of these answers may be a little amorphous because they're so adaptable. That's the strength of them, that's one of their strengths, that you can make it fit your circumstances so incredibly well. It's like you can tailor it to specifically what you've got going on. So the first question I get a lot of is what paralympial should I use? How do I select it? So I always suggest people start by looking at the titles of the paralyminals and then they all have a subtitle. So look at what your goal is that you're trying to achieve and ask yourself, why are you not there? You know, if you imagine that that goal has come to pass and you are living that life, that person is in your life, that job is in your life, that spiritual connection already exists. Whatever it is you're seeking, why are you not already there? What are your yes buts? Your yes buts are your limiting beliefs. Those are the things that are hanging you up. So if it's simply a belief that, that you are not deserving, you might choose you deserve it. If it's that you don't, you have a belief that was implanted in you that you're not capable of manifesting anything, then you might go to belief. If you think the past, which has not been conducive to you achieving this goal is going to equal the present, which is going to equal the future, then you might try new history generators. So you can see where I'm going with this. Look at what's going on, look at why you're not there and then figure out which paraliminal seems as if it would bridge that gap so you can really step into your full power and potential and access all the possibilities that have always been there that you just haven't been seeing. So a lot of questions come in about frequency. How frequently can I use paraliminals? I generally suggest if you've got a really hard nut to crack, that you probably do a paraliminal morning and evening for a few days and see until you sort of feel like there's some movement, there's some shifting and then maybe drop it to once a day and then maybe once a week. But again, it's very, very personal. I've had people where I have been absolutely amazed that after one or two listenings they shifted a lifelong pattern. Their paradigm completely changed and it was just a couple of listenings. So my suspicion is they'd done so much work that they, you know, it was like a lock where the last tumbler needed to be clicked and then the door opened. So, you know, just pay attention to your, to your results if you. And see where you're at with where you're trying to go. Also be aware that sometimes you just need a little space for the change work to start kicking in. So if you. I'm going to come back to that. First, I'd like to address time and place consistency. I'm a longtime meditator and one of the things I noticed very early in my meditation career is I had a corner, a quiet corner with my meditation cushion. And it got to the point after even a couple of weeks, I think that I would go into that area and at. I'm an early morning meditator, go into that corner and I'd feel myself already my breath was becoming longer, I was feeling more peaceful, I was more heart centered. So if there's some consistency in when and where you do it, there are some benefits to that. I mean, paralynals will work even if you don't have that. But that sort of engenders a little stronger connection to it and it sort of gives you the drop in before Paul even drops you in. So.
One of the questions I Get too. And that, that was where I was going to jump to before I brought up that other topic is can I do too many paralyminals? I think you can. And the way this manifests is I've seen several circumstances where people got the entire library and they went on an orgy of paralyminals and they will call and they're almost frantic. They're in such a state of overwhelm, or they're so angry or they're so anxious because they're not giving their other than conscious mind time to process the change work. So you need to allow yourself time to work with what's going on. And you're doing really deep work with parallel. You need to, you know, respect that as well, that when you're changing core, you know, beliefs and deep, deeply ingrained paradigm, you're really shifting a deeply ingrained paradigm. That is very serious, very deep work. So pay attention to how you're feeling when you sit down. If you're resenting it, if you're anxious, if you're worried, if your heart starts beating and you're just starting, I can't believe I'm doing this again, you're probably overusing. So back down, you're listening a little bit. I get a lot of questions about how long should I continue with one paralympical before using another one again? That's extremely personal. There's no cookie cutter answer. But what will generally happen is you'll start feeling like, say you're trying to shift a belief that was keeping you really contracted and it was really sort of stymying you. Like you're constantly sabotaging yourself and you almost hear the voice in the back of your head. Yeah, you're never going to be able to do that. When that starts loosening and you feel easier about it, then you know you may be ready for another one. If you're going to use multiple parallel, that's another question I get. If you're using multiples compared to a single one, just don't overdo it. And what tends to work better is if you pick things that are related, like say you have your prosperity consciousness is pretty minimal. You just don't think you deserve. So say you're using, you deserve it. And then you might use the law of Attraction and then you might use wealth motivator. So when they're related like that, they sort of segue into each other and there's different facets of the same, the same issue that are being dealt with. So it can be extremely powerful related to that is another. Another.
Situation I see regularly. Some people will have a dozen goals going at the same time. And what I see over and over with parallelism, all our other courses that Learning Strategies produces is generally one or two goals at a time is going to be your maximum to work on. You can have other goals, but you're going to pull the two to the front burners and you're going to leave the less the rest simmering on the back burner. Because what that does, it allows you to focus and you don't get so diversified that you're not doing anything well. It's like, you know, if you're juggling two balls, it's easier to see what you're doing than if you've got a dozen of them and you're dropping them and you're trying to catch them. So that's why I think it's a good idea to try and hone in on a couple of goals. What's been really intriguing to me is how often when you're working on just one or two goals, often the other ones sort of piggyback and they come along. They come along with the others. So somebody will be trying to work on their.
What's going on in their office, and they're trying to really. You deal better with a staff issue or something. But then they find that things are going better at home and some of the bank accounts increasing. So it's really intriguing to me how often things are sort of tethered together. So you move one, you pull on one strand, and the rest of the strands come along with it. So I always think that it's just so intriguing to me how paralyminals work.
How far apart should your paralyminal sessions be? I get that question a lot. You can butt them up to each other. I think they're going to be most effective if you're going to do that, if they're related to each other. But one of the things that I see.
Over and over again is that people.
They. They don't let the changework settle in. And so they're butting the one up to the next, up to the next, up to the next. And again, it's this overwhelm thing. You're not doing anything well. One of the analogies I like for this is it's like throwing. If you have a still pond, you put one stone in, you can see the ripples, you can see how far they're going. You can see if they're reaching the shoreline. If you throw one in and before that one's done, you throw another one and then you have a third one in. You got this mess in the water and you can't tell what's doing what. So that's another advantage of trying to leave some space between. Generally, if you're going to allow 20 minutes to a half hour, say between listening sessions, if you want to use multiples, that's probably a good idea. That also pertains to people that do other modalities like eft. If you're doing tapping, if you're doing center point, if you're doing a meditation program, generally you're going to want to allow some space between because you really are dealing with different frequencies now. If they're very akin, like every now and then I will be working on something and I will.
I'm using, say I'm using a belief parallel. Maybe I've got a, got a person that's very challenging in my life. So I'm using positive relationships and then I come up with this belief that that isn't serving. So I'll sort of, maybe I'll back the belief parallel to that and then I get some insights that I really want to go inside and see beyond the belief paralleliminal, then I might do a meditation. But see how those are all linked, those are all pertinent to each other. So I always pay attention to what is happening and whether it feels complete or whether I think I still need to process something. Another question I get a lot is the audio A and audio B. And I just pulled the first one.
In the library that has an A and a B. Generally what A is about is you're trying to establish either what you need to change, what isn't working, what you need to release, what you need to let go of to allow room for something new. So like belief is think of a belief you have that limits you. So what you're doing is you're trying to, you're, you're, you're thinking of that belief and then you're strengthening your belief in your ability to let that go and allow something else to come in. And then the session B is think of a self enhancing belief you desire to incorporate into your life right now. So you can see how those would segue into each other. When you've let the old belief go, then you have room for the new belief and you sort of ascertained why that old belief was there. You've let go of its reason for being and then you have created the room for the second component to come In. I think that's really, really important in this day and age because so many people are in such a state of overwhelm and we don't really have the room for the new. So you do need to allow that. You need to allow room for the to come in. And you also need to shift whatever's keeping you stuck. And I always go to the general generator, parallel emeralds for a stuck state. That's just another one. That's if you're feeling stuck and you feel. You're feeling. There are no other options, there is no other way to do it. It's just hopeless. You're in a dead end. Use the generators. The new action, the new behavior, the new option and the new history generator. They're just phenomenal for that.
Okay. There was some questions about sort of the, the. The. The physical aspect of listening to paranormals. Why does an open posture help? Think of when you go to a meeting and you, you know, somebody's got a chip on their shoulder and they're sitting there like this and they're just ticked off. I mean they could just. You could tell they're just ready to spit at the world. They're not very open to anything new and different. But if you're in an open posture, you're available, you're there to, to see what to. To. To integrate what's happening.
You can embrace what's going on and you're consciously present in this moment, which is where the gusto is. So that's why the open posture is so important. Another question I get a lot of relative to the physical component is if I don't listen with headphones, will I still benefit? Yes, absolutely you will. What happens is that all the tracks are laid in both ears. So even though you aren't listening with headphones, you're going to get the full benefit. So yes, that is workable. If I zone out while I fall asleep while listening, do I still benefit? Yes. And what's really funny about that one is often when I say, well, so tell me about how you came back. And they go, oh, Paul was saying, was counting. He was counting me out. And I say, so were you asleep or were you really in deep trance? Often it's that they were in a deep trance state. So.
That was it on the actual physical, more physical aspect. And then the sleep tracks. I want to talk about the sleep tracks briefly. At the bottom of the Mindtracks app, you'll find sleep tracks. There's some single sleep tracks and then there's some that are Groupings of related paralyminals. Sleep tracks enable you to listen while you're sleeping. And when you're asleep, your, your, your other unconscious comes to the forefront. It's, it's always, it's always in the, it's always there. It's there 24 7, but it's sort of in behind your conscious linear mind. And so what sleep track does is it takes you, takes you into sleep state where the unconscious comes to the front. You have access to all your wisdom, all your memories, and it can be a phenomenal tool. I don't like sleeping with earbuds in or earphones. So generally what I do is I, I loop about 40 minutes of whichever one I'm going over, one I'm going to work with, and then I pull the earbuds out as I'm going to sleep. The one thing I would encourage you to do if you're going to use sleep tracks is to keep a sleep journal. It can be incredibly frustrating when you have this amazing dream. You think, there's no way I'm going to forget this. And you wake up the next morning and you cannot recollect. Sometimes it will come back to the surface later in the day, but sometimes it doesn't. It's very frustrating. So keep a journal next to your bed and if you should wake up, grab even a tendril of the dream and write it down. And often that one piece or will jog your memory and allow you to recollect other components. And.
The other thing you can do is resume the physiology. Like if you're sleeping on your right side, you know, curl up on the right side and the pillow was here and your hand was there. Go back to the physiological position you were in because often that will bring back a piece of the dream and then you can grab it if you're going to use sleep tracks. In fact, even if, even if you're not using sleep tracks, paralyminals, you often get results in very symbolic fashions. You will find amazing synchronicities happening. You will find that.
Unexpected circumstances occur, Pay attention to them because your other unconscious speaks in symbols. It's like dreams where.
It might be puzzling, in which case take it to a parallel and say, I need some clarity. So that's another thing I probably should just briefly bring up if you're getting insights but you're not sure what they ask your other than conscious to make. I understand something is happening here. I understand there's some wisdom coming through. I'm just not quite clear on exactly what it is, could you clarify for me, please? So that is my summary of what I get asked most often. Obviously you can personalize all this to whatever you've got going on. And one other thing I would like to mention is when you're selecting paraliminals, if you find one of them has an absolute zing and it seems like the wand, even though it doesn't seem to pertain, I would trust your judgment and your intuition. I have had people pick a parallel I would never have thought of recommending and it was bang on because there was something going on beneath the surface that they weren't aware of or there was some piece of the change work that somehow was the piece they needed. So trust your gut. And that's really what parallel are doing. They're helping you access all the wisdom and the knowledge you have. You've always had it. We're just helping you remember what you've done with it. So I'm hoping these pointers will help you to maximize that, to remember all the infinite possibilities that are always beyond the circumstance you're in and that have always surrounded you. So, good luck. You enjoy your paralyminals. I know how well they work and I know you will benefit. But just a few pointers that I hope will keep you on track and help you maximize quickly and effectively. Thank you so much for your time and you have a wonderful day. Lots of love to you from all of us here at Learning Strategies and Mind Tracks. Bye for now.
