LeCharles Bentley of O-Line Performance built the Strike Stick to teach offensive linemen the correct hand-strike mechanics. Unlike generic punching tools, it focuses on internal shoulder rotation, thumb-to-elbow alignment, and torque generation. Improper thumb rotation unscrews the shoulder and kills stability, so the device trains the thumb-away, elbow-lead motion through high-volume reps.
