Set your rack height so you can unrack and rerack the bar with a natural stance. Too high forces you onto your toes, makes you shrug your shoulders, and wastes energy you need for the lift itself.

In today's training awareness, let's be aware at what height we're setting the rack to regardless of what movement we're doing. We don't want to be in a position where we have to get on our toes to unrack and rerack the bar. Why? Because it's going to force us to get in a weird position off the rack. We're going to have to shrug our shoulders up. We're going to have to get up on our toes. And when we rerack the bar, we're going to have to do a calf raise and an overhead press just to get the bar back into the rack. And you're already going to be fatigued. You may have just done a very challenging set. You don't want to put yourself in a position where you can get hurt getting the bar back in the rack.
