If you've met Lee like I have, or if you haven't, you ought to know, or you've maybe experienced it, her brilliance. She has this extraordinary way of creating structure where maybe there was no structure. So when I connected with her and I tapped into her brilliance, and maybe you've had that opportunity too, she shared with me a tool that she uses. She's used it for years, and now I've implemented across my team and made shifts in it. And now, of course, giving it back to her. So it's really neat. There's a collaboration that can exist with Lee that often doesn't exist with amazing leaders.
