The Real Reason You Feel Lost, Stuck, and Without Purpose

So I got a phone call and the lady was like, you know what, I really want to help people. And we had a discussion and she told me, I have all this empathy, I have a lot of empathy, and all I really know, my passion is here because I really want to help people and that's how I want to serve. And I listened to her and I said, you need to become really clear of what it is you want in your life. You need to become so clear about what is it that you'd like your life to look like. You need to have clarity That's the first thing, right? And then you need to understand what is your passion, what is your mission. And she said to me, well, my passion is helping people. I said, right, okay, so that is your mission. Your mission is your passion. You're here to serve. You're here to shift the world, the vibration, the frequency. That is your mission. So she's understood her mission and her passion really well. And then she said, but then Leilah, I don't feel like I have all the certifications. I don't know how to serve. And then I said to her, I have 22 certifications. I'm a hypnotherapist, I'm a life coach, I'm a counselor, I've done trauma therapy, I've done spiritual response therapy, I've done peer-to-peer healing, I've even done meditation teachers training. So I've got all these certifications in my background, but I was focusing too much on the person that I wanted to be rather than on becoming. So I said to her, God has already given you the gift of empathy. That is your qualification. Your given gifts are your qualifications to move forward You just need to tap into your gifts, expand on your gifts, and become it. That's all it is. The future self, the one you're waiting for, is already there. You just need to become clear. Clarity is a gift, and I always say that. And within clarity, once you find your gift, your purpose, you then can move forward and just become it, right? And you really need to remember that you are the God-given gift. You know what, and this is exactly where people get stuck. People get stuck in the process. People really get stuck in the how. And once you get stuck in the how, it's like you're running on a rat wheel, right? Because you're constantly trying to find the answers, you're looking at your qualifications, you're thinking that you don't have enough. And I was once upon a time there. Back in 2014, I done all the qualifications I possibly could have done. Whatever I saw, I was like, right, this is going to get me another client, right? This is going to help me expand, right? This is where I'm going to come. But really, what was I actually saying? I was saying to myself, I don't trust myself enough, so I need the qualification, I need more. So once we can tap into our true self, so becoming more connected to yourself, more connected and understand your God-given gifts already, that is not on the outside what you're waiting for your breakthrough. Your breakthrough is not on the outside. Your breakthrough is by a decision you take inside. Your breakthrough starts within. So what I want you to take from this video today, from this message today, if you know you've got a burning desire, that's already your mission. People complicate this so much. You see, my burning desire is to transform people, to help people step into their power. That is my mission. That's my God-given mission on this earth. Do I need to go and take out another 20,000 qualifications to prove who I am? No, because that's intrinsic. That there comes from truly trusting. But what I do need to have, I do need to have clarity of what I really want in my world, what I want in my life, how I want that to look like. Because you see, the thing is, in this world, not a lot of people know what they want. Not a lot of people know what they truly desire, and that's why they're not manifesting and creating the life that really makes them happy. And all these things that I'm speaking about— trust, connection to self— they're all within you right now.
