Hi, I'm Lindsey Baumgren of Nourish Move Love, and this is your 10 minute leg workout. All you need is a set of dumbbells, and you have the option to add a mini loop resistance band. If you want to make it real spicy up in here, I got the awesome Rachel with me. She's going to be showing you the moves without a band and low impact modifications. You guys, this is quick and dirty. 10 minutes. If you got 10 minutes, you sneak it in. If you want to add it on to leg day and get a real good burnout, you, you do this at the end of your leg day, okay? It's 10 minutes. It's five moves, 40 seconds per move, 20 second transition. You do each exercise twice, and we're out of here. That's it. There's no warmup, there's no cool down. Are you ready, Rachel? Let's get started. We gotta go, we gotta go. Total transparency, you guys. We shot this workout. The audio went bad. We have to reshoot it, and Rachel and I are both a little nervous because it's hard. We know 10 minutes. It's 10 minutes, but it is dirty and sneaky. So grab your dumbbells. I'm going to show you move number one. But that's what we're here for. You guys love a good challenge. Okay? It's a hinge, swing, squat, thruster. So you're gonna find the narrow stance. Kick your booty. Kick your booty. Where your feet fall. That's your narrow stance. You're going to drive your hips back, drive the dumbbells to your shoulders. Squat press, overhead arms long, arms to the shoulders. Squat, push, hinge, swing, squat, thruster. You're doing it for 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest. We are nice and warm. If you're not, hit, pause, warm up and join us. Are you ready, Rach? I got to put my mini band on. I said I was going to do it with a band, said I was going to make it hard. We're here for it. Band's going six inches above my knees. Okay. Got a nice thick band on here, so it's going to stay with me through this workout. Ready? Hinge, swing, squat, thruster. 40 seconds. Starts in 3, 2, 1. Drive the hips back. Stand tall, down. Press overhead, arms long to the shoulders. Drop and drive. Hips, glutes. Nice. Push tall. So I'm working the hammies. Hips and glutes, quads and glutes. Core is turned on too. You're getting it all. It's 40 seconds. You only got to do it twice. Make it count. Naturally, it's going to raise your heart rate because you're pushing those dumbbells overhead. Come on, keep going. Right here. Hip, back, drive forward. You're just driving through those heels to stand tall. 10 seconds, guys. 10 seconds. Finish it right here. Go. 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1. Lunge, stagger, lunge, stand. Right leg goes back to lunge. I go back to a full lunge. Lunge, stagger, lunge, stand, lunge deep, stagger, narrow, lunge deep and stand. Only the right leg steps back the entire time. Shoulders down and back. You ready? We go in three, four, two. Let's go. Lunge, stagger, lunge. Stand back. Knee to the mat. Bring it in, bring it back. Drive through that front glute. Left leg is going to be on fire after this one. Yes. Lunge, stagger, lunge. It's called time under tension. It's what it is. That was. That's what makes this move so hard. You're holding that left knee bent, driving through that latch. Gluten, glute, left quad. But good news, you only do the left leg once, the right leg once. 10 seconds, guys. 10 seconds. Let's go. Make it happen right here. Lunge, stagger, lunge, stand. One more. Lunge, stagger, lunge. You're out. I'm taking the band off. Going down to one dumbbell. It's a curtsy lunge, lateral lunge. We're gonna move in all planes, okay? Get our lunges in. We got our squats in. Now we get some lateral movement. Okay? I go curtsy, lateral lunge, one curtsy, right into a lateral lunge. In three, in two and one. Curtsy, lateral lunge, curtsy, lateral lunge. So I'm working this glute. Now this glute, this outer glute, now this outer glute. Come on. You move at your pace, your tempo. You got this. You got this. Come on. Yes, you can. Halfway, team. Halfway. 20 seconds. Curtsy, lateral lunge, curtsy. Come on, finish it. Let's go. 10 seconds. Dig deep into those glutes. Dig deep. Starting to feel them. Come on. 5, 4, 3, 2. And you're out. I'm gonna put that band back on. I'm gonna use one dumbbell for this. I'm gonna hold it at my chest. So lateral squat, walk, two lunges. So you're gonna hold nice and low. Again. Band. Six inches above the knees. Hold the dumbbell out. My chest. Get low, Walk laterally. Lunge, lunge, get low. We go in three, two. Let's go. Walk to the right. Lunge, lunge. Nice work. Walk to the left. Lunge again. You guys, time under tension. Right here, Your option. Drop that dumbbell. Okay, you can do this entirely with just your body weight. Right here. I want you to stay low. Drop the weights before you stand up. Yes. Yes. You got this. Come on. Stay with me. Right here. Lunge, lunge. Stay with it, Rachel. Come on. You got this. She's holding that dumbbell strong. Crushing it. 10 seconds. Yes, you can stretch that band. Lunge, lunge, and lunge. Go for 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Okay, what makes this workout so hard? I don't know what it is. You have a squat jack. Okay? You can hold the dumbbell and tap with Rachel. No, dumbbell. Body weight with me. Wide at the bottom, narrow at the top. Wide, narrow. She's tapping. I'm jacking. I've got a band. She's got a dumbbell. Choose your poison. Let's go in three, two. Let's go. Pick your poison. Come on. Yes, you can. 40 seconds. 40 seconds. Just keep moving. One rep at a time. That's what we focus on, getting from one to the next. Just keep moving. You got this. You are so stinking strong. Those legs are so stinking strong. Yes, they are. Halfway, guys, halfway. Come on, come on. Come on. This is it. Move five of five. Move five of five. Finish it for me. Come on. What would it look like If I said 10, 9, 8. You got this. Finish. So strong. Final five. 4, 3, 2, 1. Holy bananas. This workout just gets me, guys. Repeat them one more time. Hinge, swing, spot, thruster, Hinge, swing. I'm dying. Are you dying? I'm dying. Put that on a T shirt. Hinge, swing, spot, thruster, injury. And 2. And 1. Kick back, drive forward. Drop them. Drive them. Hinge, swing, squat, push. Hinge, swing. Come on, you guys. One more time through. Say, yes, I can. Right here. Get toe thinking. Mentally tough. Halfway. You got this. Yes, you do. Right here. Hips back. Drop them forward. Come on. 10 seconds. Let's go, Rach. We're in it together. Finish Final 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Lunge, dagger. My heart rate through the roof. Lunge, stagger, lunge, stand. Right leg forward, left leg. Lunge, lunge, stagger, lunge, stand time under tension. How low can you get in that right standing leg? That's your challenge. Grab the dumbbells. We go in three, two. Let's go. Lunge, stagger, lunge, stand. Tell you what, if I only got 10 minutes. Whoo. This is a butt kicking 10 right here. Spicy leg workout. Who said you needed a full hour to work out? Come on. 10 minutes. Yes you can. Maybe it's your leg day, finisher. Maybe it's your workout today. You do your best, you forget the rest. You feel those legs? Do you feel them? You got two beautiful healthy legs. Come on. You got two beautiful healthy legs. Let's go. Use them. 10 seconds. I know it burns. You're strong. Yes, you are. Hang in it. Final five. Four, three, two. Finish. Ah. Every time band comes off. Curtsy, lunge, lateral lunge. Curtsy lunge, lateral lunge. Let's go. One dumbbell. One dumbbell. There's something about one dumbbell that makes it a little easier. Yeah. Curtsy lunge, lateral lunge. Right leg moves, left leg stays. We go in three, two. Curtsy, lateral. Curtsy lateral. This glute, this glute. Come on. You got this. Yes you do. So it gets quiet. It is the silent focus. We are just trying to make it through these next three minutes. Come on. Three minutes. That's it, guys. That's it. And you're out of here. We are working for a smoothie and a salad. That's what we're working for today. What are you working for? 10 seconds. Come on. Let's go. 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. Whoo. One dumbbell lateral banded. Walk or just walk it? Two lunges. It's our last workout in the studio, guys. We're mentally exhausted. But we are mentally tough, aren't we, Rach? Let's go. Finish it out. What two moves. You started nml. Do you think that's what you be doing? Not quite. No. We go in three, two. Let's go. Squat jacks. You can add a dumbbell or don't. You can jack it or you can't truly do your best. Tell you what, I'm gonna do my best right here. I might need a three second Break. That's okay. You just keep moving. Do your best. Forget the rest. Yes. You can finish it. Let's go. 3, 2, 1. We are finishers. If we are anything Rachel, we are finishers. Right. So are you. Don't quit.
