25-Minute High Intensity Cardio Kickboxing Workout (No Equipment!) 🥊 🔥

In this 25‑minute body‑weight cardio kickboxing class, instructor Nourishmov Love, joined by co‑instructor Rachel, guides viewers through a structured workout that blends high‑intensity kickboxing moves with core‑strengthening intervals. The session opens with a dynamic warm‑up of stretches, squats, and light punches to raise heart rate and mobilize hips and shoulders. It then alternates between cardio circuits—side‑kick‑jack combos, lateral hops, speed‑bag punches, jump‑rope bursts, and burpee‑rear‑kick sequences—and core blocks such as plank walks, oblique V‑ups, reverse tabletop lifts, and targeted quad/hip‑flexor stretches. Throughout, Nourishmov provides pacing cues, modification options, and motivational prompts to keep participants engaged and maintain proper form. The workout concludes with a cooldown that emphasizes breathing, spinal mobility, and hip‑flexor/quad stretches. A final call‑to‑action invites viewers to subscribe, visit the website, and join the email list for future workouts.

So you're just going to push up, opening up that core. Shoulders go down and back. You don't have to overextend. You're just right here opening up the front side of the body. From here, you're going to push back into child's pose. Big toes to touch, knees go wide. Forehead to the mat. Stretching out through that low back, the back side of your body. Reach those fingertips away from you. Reach. Nice work. From here, come up to a nice tabletop position. Go ahead, drop that belly, lift the chin, open up that core. That was so tight the whole workout. And now reverse it. Tuck the chin towards the chest. Reach the spine towards the ceiling. Come back to a neutral spine. And let's stretch out the quad. Other way. You're done lying on your side. Go ahead, hold low posing quad, heel to glute. Tuck that tailbone towards me. Open up the hip flexor. Open up the quad. So proud of you guys.
