30-Minute Bodyweight + Band Workout (Full Body)

In this 30‑minute live YouTube workout, instructor Lindsey Baumgren (Nurish Move Love) leads participants through a full‑body routine using only bodyweight and optional mini‑loop resistance bands. The session begins with a lively warm‑up, followed by three circuits each containing four moves (strength, strength, core, cardio) performed for 40 seconds on, 10 seconds rest, repeated twice. Moves include banded pulse squats, push‑ups, plank jacks, clamshells, burpees, rows, triceps kicks, lunges, man‑makers, and various core exercises, with optional modifications offered by co‑instructor Rachel. Throughout, Lindsey engages the community with shout‑outs, welcomes new members, promotes the paid YouTube membership (NML), announces a June 5 four‑week challenge, a June 8 members‑only live session, and future workout releases. The tone is upbeat, motivational, and instructional, encouraging participants to adjust intensity with band tension, tempo, and form cues.

And maybe if you were, you probably still are a little bit too competitive for your own good, right? I'm like, teaching Brody now. He's like, I want to be a good teammate and get one flag at football. And I'm like, it may be a touchdown. I don't know, buddy. Let's just try for it. Sweet. He's so sweet. It's so awesome.
