30-Minute Bodyweight Workout (Full Body, No Equipment)

In this 30‑minute live YouTube workout, Lindsey Bomgren guides viewers through a full‑body, equipment‑free circuit routine filmed outdoors at a lake. The session begins with a casual, upbeat greeting and a series of warm‑up movements, then proceeds through four circuits, each containing three exercises performed for 30 seconds with 15 seconds of rest (the “Dirty 30” format). Moves include pulse squats, squat jacks, push‑up/shoulder‑tap combos, burpees, lunges, high‑knee drives, kickboxing‑style punches, glute bridges, tricep dips, hollow rocks, and a final burnout round of 10‑rep mini‑sets. Throughout, Bomgren offers form cues, low‑impact alternatives, and motivational encouragement, while shouting out participants, acknowledging technical issues, and promoting her partnership with Lululemon, upcoming 7‑day ab challenges, a two‑week strength program, and a members‑only live session on July 11. The video blends instructional clarity with community‑building enthusiasm, aiming to deliver a challenging yet adaptable full‑body workout that viewers can repeat at any time.
