And if you guys have been following along with nourishment, love, you know that I have used and taken now supplements for years. But today I want to tell you about two specific supplements, UC2 and Zima. So UC2 is a joint support supplement and if you're familiar with collagen, you know that it's referred to as UC2. So UC2 is actually, this is the collagen clinically proven for joint health and mobility. And it's actually one of the most researched brands of OMNI natured type 2 collagen, which is why I love it. So ever since my meniscus tear, if you've ever followed along with me, I, I tore my meniscus about two years ago, had knee surgery. Since then I have been taking UC2 to support joint health. And this actually works by triggering, triggering your immune system to build more joint cartilage, which is really great if you've had a joint injury. So I've been taking this since my knee surgery and meniscus tear. And then there is Zima, which is a combination of zinc, magnesium and B vitamins. This is designed to help support muscle recovery. I've been taking this for, oh, probably four years now. I take two capsules before bed every night to help with muscle recovery and my active lifestyle. So, so these are two supplements I love and I have a special promotion for you guys today.
