30-Minute Full Body MetCon (200 Kettlebell Swings)

In this 30‑minute YouTube workout, Lindsay Baumgren (Nursery of Love) leads the fifth day of a week‑one MetCon program. The session follows an EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) format with seven moves repeated over three rounds, totaling 21 minutes of work and 200 kettlebell swings. Lindsay introduces the workout, explains the program’s community focus, and outlines equipment options (kettlebell or dumbbell) with assistant Rachel providing modifications. A detailed warm‑up targets hips, hamstrings, glutes, and core. The main EMOM sequence includes: 10 dumbbell rows + clean‑press, 20 swings, deadlift‑clean‑alternating lunge (14 reps), glute‑bridge chest press (20 reps), another 20 swings, and a finisher of mountain climbers, high knees, or overhead marches (30 reps). Lindsay offers form cues, pacing guidance (finish reps by 45 s, 15 s rest), motivational encouragement, and mental‑strength messaging throughout. The workout ends with a cooldown stretch routine focusing on hips, lower back, hamstrings, and chest, followed by a call to subscribe, join the community, and continue to week two.

Gaze goes up towards that left arm. Nice work. Bring it down to the mat right here. You're on all fours here. On all fours. Drop the belly. Lift the chin. Reverse it. Tuck the spine. Arch it up towards the ceiling. Nice. Set it down. We're gonna come into that 9090 stretch again. We crush those hips today. We crush those hips and hamstrings right here. Press this knee into the mat. Press this knee into the mat. Split your shin in half with your chest right There. Hold it there for 3, 2, 1. Now sit up and press this knee into the mat as you gently rock back into the this arm. Just open up this hip. A lot of work for those hips today. Nice work. Kick both feet out. Give me a nice hamstring stretch. Big inhale. Pull the toes towards the face. Hinge, hinge, hinge, hinge, hinge, hinge, hinge. Now release. Reach for the toes. Oh. Stretch through that low back and those hammies. Low back and hammies, yes. Now bring it over. 90, 90 other direction. 90, 90 other direction. Right here. Cut this shin in half with my chest right there. Hold for 3, 2, and 1. Sit up. Drive this knee into the mat. Open up this hip. Hold it here for 3, 2, 1, 1. Final stretch. If you felt those swings in your low back, Rachel, you can go into just a nice cat cow position. I'm coming into a mini cobra position and just gonna hold it right here and hang out. You can hang out here for a solid 15 to 30 seconds. Nice. Open up for the chest. Nice stretch for that low back. Awesome work. So proud of you guys. Metcon, week one in the books.
