As you can see, it's an extra special workout because not only do I have the amazing Rachel on set, but we're joined by Dr. Taylor. She's back on set. If you don't know Dr. Taylor, she's been in several of our workouts. She's here with us in partnership with Minnesota Pork, which we're super pumped about. So if you haven't met Dr. Taylor yet in one of our workouts, go ahead and introduce yourself.
Yeah, so I've been working out with you guys for 4 or 5 years now.
I think 4 or 5, yeah.
And I am a pig veterinarian and a pig farmer. Farmer from Southwest Minnesota. I live in Edgerton with my husband where, um, we both work full-time on the family farm.
Amazing. And we've got two little piglets on set with us today. These guys are both like around the same stage of pregnancy, which is so fun. I'm not going to touch them because I don't know, I might get pregnant too. But they're going to be offering modifications throughout today's strength workout as well as for the HIIT finisher. So you can follow the mods or you can stick with me Take it at your pace. All you're going to need today are some weights. Grab some weights that you want to use for this workout. We have 7 moves broken into 4 lower body exercises, 3 upper body exercises. You're going to do 3 sets of those 7 moves, 40 seconds on, 15 seconds off. The third round is going to be the 10-rep burnout we love here at Nourish Move Love, and then we'll have a fun HIIT and abs finisher at the end. So grab your weights, let's get warmed up, and you ready to jump into this? Let's go, let's go team! All right, we're gonna go ahead and start. Feet are shoulder-width distance apart. Nice work, nice work. We're gonna take it to a standing cat-cow 'cause this is an all-standing workout. So big inhale, reach up. Exhale, hands fall behind the head. Little cat-cow, so round the spine, elbows claps, pull the chest apart, stand tall. Do it again. Round the spine, elbows claps, pull the chest apart. Nice, 2 more just like that. Round and pull. Last one here. Round and pull. Nice, hands can stay here. You're actually gonna go to the side. Drop right ear to right shoulder, collapse the elbows, gentle neck roll, open the elbows, stand tall. Now collapse to the left, collapse the elbows, round through that spine, roll that neck, stand up. Nice. From here, it's a good morning calf raise. So hinge at those hips, stand tall, lift the heels off the mat. Do it again. Push the hips back, stand tall, lift the heels off the mat. Little calf raise action warming up. From the ground up, warming up calves, ankles, also hitting that posterior chain, which is your hammies, your back. Nice work. Push those hips back and stand tall. Give me 2 more just like this. Then we're gonna hit those shoulders. Nice work, nice work. Last one right here. Hips back, stand tall. Nice work. Arms are gonna drop at the side right here. You're gonna lift, press up, push, pull, drop, rotate down. Lift, nice work, just like this. Awesome job, you guys. We are so excited to partner with Minnesota Pork today because when it comes to protein, bacon is just the beginning, you guys. We love that pork is one of the most versatile proteins on the market. So flavorful, so easy to use, and great for mom life, which we're all a part of now. Nice work, one more right here. Nice work, drop it. Awesome job, go ahead, shake those shoulders out. We're dropping into squats, you guys. Down, up, down, up squats. When in doubt, you can squat it out. Down and up. Nice work. Inhale down. Exhale, push that floor away from you. Awesome job. Woo! Getting a little bit lower with each squat if you can. Pushing those knees out away from your body. Knees are going to track out away from you. Nice. Right here, you have 4, 3 lunges in 2 and 1. Here we go. Let's go. Left foot forward, right foot back. Option to do a split lunge or give me a lunge and a knee drive. Tapping that back right knee to the ground. Drive up, tap the right knee to the ground, drive up. Nice. Lunge and drive. You got it. Down and up right here. Nice. Go for 3. Option high knees or marches. Last one right here. Hold it here. Option high knees. You can run it out, add some intensity right here. Nice. You have 8, 7, 6. Switching sides in 4, 3, 2, 1. Right foot forward, left leg back. Same thing. Let's go, lunge, drive, driving through that front right foot this time. Nice work, lunge, drive. There it is, down, up, down, up. Nice, give me 4, 3. We're gonna go to butt kicks in 2 and 1. Option, stay here, heels to the glutes, hamstring pulls, whatever feels comfortable for you, opening up those quads. Nice, you have 4, 3, 2, 1. Take it nice and wide. Lateral squat, hitting side to side. Drop into that right hip, push off. Drop it to that left hip, push off. Side, center, side, center. Nice work, team! Awesome job. Go, 4, 3, 2, and 1. From here, take a nice wide leg forward fold. Toes face me, and then plant your left hand on the mat. Open up through that right arm. You can bend into that right leg. Nice work. Switch it out. Same thing, other side. Open, windmill. Nice. Let's do it one more time each way. Open, rotating through that spine. And other side. Open. Nice. Bring it in. Walk those feet in. A couple lateral pushes just to get those outer glutes activated. Hit side to side, side to side. Nice. 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Nice work.
You warm?
Nice and warm. Warm and warm. We're feeling good. We're ready to jump into it. We start with 4 lower body exercises: squats, lunges, deadlift, lateral lunge, into 3 upper body exercises: curl press, back rows, and overhead triceps. All standing. Grab the weights you want to use for a goblet squat. 40 seconds on. 15 seconds off. Holding the weight at your chest, elbows are tight, elbows are going to fall between the knees, pushing the ground away to stand tall. 40 seconds of a goblet squat. We're there in 3, 2, let's go. So it's an inhale down, exhale push that floor away. Nice work. So you're striving for one heavy weight here between, um, your legs. If you don't have access to a heavier dumbbell, you can always hold two lighter weights at your side for the squat. So choose your level. What we want is if you are holding the goblet style, elbows are going to fall between the knees. You're going to push the floor away to stand you tall. Knees are going to track towards your outer 3 toes. Think about using your breath to stand you up. So exhale, push that floor away. Nice work. Getting nice range of motion here in this goblet squat. Awesome job, team. We're moving to lunges in 5, 4, 3. Give me one more. 2 and rest. Nice work. If you want to grab a second weight, You're going to hold 2 weights. Let's go. Right foot forward, left foot back. We'll do lunges all on the right leg forward, left foot back. Drop into a split lunge or add that knee drive in 3, 2, let's go. It's a lunge option, add that knee drive. Find that balance, find that stability, drive, lunge, and drive. The knee drive is a total option. You can take a split lunge. You could also hold just 1 weight instead of 2. You get to decide. Nice work right here. Down and up. I'm dropping that back knee to the mat, driving up and holding for a second. Nice work. Shoulders are staying stacked right on top of those hips, targeting the quad and glute in that right leg right now. 10 more seconds here. 10 more seconds. Drive. Nice work, team. It's 5, 4, 3, 2, rest and recover. Stagger deadlift. Let's keep that right leg forward, left toe is going to be popped, weights are going to be tight to the body. This time you're hinging at the hips, hitting the hamstrings and glutes. So 2 weights or 1, we go in 3, 2, let's go. Think 80% of the work in that right front leg, 20% of the work in that back right toe, hinging at the hips, soft bend in the knees, especially that right front knee. Dumbbells are tight to the body. Nice. Same thing, you're pressing the floor away with that right foot to stand you tall. Nice work, guys. This and lateral lunges. We're going to stay on that right leg for lateral lunges. Second time through, we'll do everything on the left leg. Third time through, we'll add some alternating movement. 10 more seconds here, team. 10 more seconds here. Nice work. Starting to feel the fire build in that right leg. For 3, 2, rest and recover. You can drop down to one weight or two if you have lighter. We're gonna do a lateral lunge just to the right, so stepping out just to the right, holding the dumbbell in the left hand if you want. Step out, stand up, driving off the bent knee in 3, 2, let's go. Dropping into that hip, driving out of it. Really think about sitting back into the hip, driving out of it. Here we're targeting our outer glutes, adding a little lateral movement that lower body. Nice work, guys. Really a strength and mobility move combined. Sit back into that hip and drive out of that hole. Nice work. 20 seconds down, 20 to go. Keep it up, team. These are your 4 lower body exercises and we are transitioning to 3 arm exercises next. 10 more seconds here. Inhale down, exhale, drive that floor away. Awesome. You're already there. Final 5. 4, 3, 2, rest and recover. Awesome job, team. All right, switch out your weights if you want to. 40 seconds on still, 15 seconds off. Hammer curl neutral press. Palms are going to face in. Curl, punch, curl, punch. You're there. In 3, 2, let's go. It's a curl press down and lower with control. Soft bend in the knees, core is tight. Lowering with control. Nice. Palms are staying facing in the entire time, hitting biceps and shoulders in one big compound move here. Nice work. Halfway, team. Halfway, guys. I have to give a shout out to Dr. Taylor because she's been in several workouts. We got to do a head count now, but we had people say we need a Dr. Taylor playlist. I think Joan said, I need a Dr. Taylor playlist. She's such an inspiration to all the young moms out there trying to do the best they can. 3, 2, 1. I could not agree with you more, Joan. I think we need a Dr. Taylor playlist. We love having her in our workouts. We're going to alternating back rows. You're gonna hinge over and you're gonna pull right, then you're gonna pull left. It's an alternating back row. In 3, 2, hinge at the hips, pull right, pull left. So you're thinking about pulling elbow to hip, Flat back, tight core, gaze is in front of you. Nice work. Elbow to hip, hold, squeeze, lower with control. Hold, squeeze, lower with control. This and overhead triceps, guys. Nice work. 7 moves broken into 4 lower body, 3 upper body. Nice full body workout here, really heavily focused on strength training, which is great for all seasons of life, like pregnancy, as you guys are experiencing. Right now on set with us. Nice, finish here. Last 4, 3, 2, rest and recover. Nice work. You can drop to one weight. We're gonna go overhead triceps, so you're gonna hide that dumbbell behind your head and then you're gonna show it. That's gonna be your last move, then we'll do a longer water break. Grab your weight, you're on in 3, 2, let's go. Hide the weight, show it, hide it, Show it. I think one of the first times you were on set with us, Dr. Taylor, I walked over and I was like, I'm going to show you how, and I was like, punch the gut. Won't do that now, but it's still the same concept, right? Pregnant or not, you're thinking about pulling those hip bones together, avoiding that rib flare that can happen when we go into an overhead pattern, right? Whether it's an overhead press or it's skull crushers or overhead tricep extensions. Nice work, team. You're already in the final 10 seconds. Yes, you can. Come on. Inhale down, exhale push. 5, 4, 3, 2, and recover. Nice work. Set the weights down, grab some water, shake it out. Those are your 7 moves. All right, you're gonna repeat them one more time through with a 40-15. That third set, we're dropping to 10 reps of everything. So one more time on the 40-15s, switching legs as we need to, specifically for the lower body, transitioning everything over to our left leg. Grab that water and we're back on. All right, Dr. Taylor, what's your favorite move from the list? What's your favorite move?
Definitely the staggered deadlift.
Staggered deadlift. All right, yeah, knocking it out. Goblet squat, 40 seconds in 3, 2, let's go! Take it down and up, 40 seconds of goblet squats right here, team. Nice work. I love me a good staggered deadlift too. I love a good goblet squat. But now I'm even more surprised because, Dr. Taylor, you were just saying that your favorite workout is MetCon push-up. Push-up. Yes.
I just love the format. I love that you do it.
Okay.
Again, you're done.
Maybe we need to make a leg day like that. Oh, brutal. Yeah, that would be brutal. That would be brutal. I love it. She's a push-up gal. Going to keep working on those push-ups, staying strong. Nice work. 10 more seconds here, guys.
I love that they're a performance school, and that's really helpful, especially in pregnancy, right?
100%. 3, 2, rest. Nice work. Reverse lunge knee drive. Performance goals are so important, and coming back, as you know, postpartum— this is baby number 2 for you— so humbling. Okay, left foot forward, right leg goes to lunge in 3, 2, let's go. So what was like your performance goal coming back from baby number 1?
I wanted to do a pull-up by the time he was a year old.
Oh, okay. Did we hit it? I think you did way more. Last time you were on— yeah, I was gonna say, last time you were on some tests, you're like, yeah, I think I can do I was like, wait, you're like 6 months postpartum.
And my goal is to do at least one pull-up as long as I can in this pregnancy.
Wow, that's incredible.
I can do 2 and a half right now.
Nice work. That is like amazing. Talk about strong mama. 10 seconds here. Woo! We got 2 strong mamas on set with us today, guys. You're here for 5, 4, 3, 2. 2, rest and recover. Take your deadlift, take your deadlift, left leg forward, right toe popped, breaking out the hips. Dr. Diller's favorite move coming at you from today's workout. Left foot forward, right toe popped, hinging at the hips in 3, 2, let's go. Keep those weights tight to the body. Nice work. That's incredible. I love the strength. Talk about how strength training maybe changes for you during pregnancy and fueling your body. Does any of that change during pregnancy for you?
I feel like protein is even more important, right? I know if I don't eat a lot of protein for breakfast or lunch, I'm hungry. Yeah, and then I don't feel good.
Yeah, that nauseousness can start to creep in. Yeah, yeah.
And so pork is really good for that, right? To have lean pork leftovers or have a ham sandwich, right? All those things are so—
yeah, we're going to talk about how much protein you get in like a 3-ounce serving in 3, but I don't want to make you go longer, in 2, 1. Weights are down. 1 weight lateral lunge. Lateral lunge, we're going to go just to the left side this time. You're going to sink into that left hip, drive out of it, and come back up to standing. You can hold 1 weight or 2. You're there in 3, 2, let's go. A 3-ounce serving of pork has 23 grams of protein. That's not a big serving, 3 ounces.
That's about the size of a deck of cards.
Perspective, that's amazing. And there are so many, I know some people can get confused a little bit when they think pork, they can think it might run, but there are so many lean cuts of pork.
Yes.
So many heart-healthy lean cuts of pork. Can you educate us on that? Like I know the tenderloins, right?
Yep. Really anything from the loin. So loin, tenderloin, like sirloin.
Okay.
Anything kind of labeled in that area.
So anything with a loin in it is gonna be your leaner cuts if that's what you're looking for. What you're interested in. For 3, 2, let's do one more lateral lunge here to our left, then we're gonna break and rest. Nice. Back to upper body, guys. Hammer curl, pressing overhead, neutral press. Hammer curl, neutral press. Grab your weights. My heart rate's going up, you guys, this must be— 3, 2, let's go. That's like the signature pregnancy, like squats become cardio. So humbling, just going upstairs, walking places. Right, big push overhead. I know you guys are definitely not alone. We have lots of mamas working out with us at home. Nice work, team. You do your best, you forget the rest. You're halfway there. 20 down, 20 to go. Come on, 3 upper body moves, big push overhead, lower with control. You got this, team.
Push.
Nice work. Keep it up, keep it up. Come on, you're in that final 5. 4, 3, 2. You're gonna give me one more bicep curl and you can stop there. Nice, let's go. Alternating back rows, alternating back rows. Gonna hinge over, nice flat neutral back. If you needed, you could always grab a chair or bench and go single arm alternating back rows. Elbow to hip pocket, find it. In 3, 2, let's row. Pull and pull. Nice work. Pull. Awesome job. Right there. And I don't know about you, but like, I love— groceries have gotten expensive lately, right? And so we are all about trying to find that affordable grocery list, and pork is a great option for that, but specifically larger bulk cuts. Like pork shoulder is on repeat in my proteins because I can cook once, eat twice. Carnitas, pulled pork sammies, like add it on top of a salad or a veggie roasted veggie bowl. We are big fans of the cook once, eat twice around here. Nice work. You're in that final 3, 2, 1 more pull on the left and you're out. Back into overhead triceps. Last arm exercise, guys. Overhead triceps. Hide it, show it. Focusing on the back of the arm right there, the tricep. So grab those weights and let's load it. You're there in 3, 2, let's go, let's go. I know we talk a lot about food during these workouts. Which I always laugh because we also had someone else say, whenever Dr. Taylor is on set with us, I know I'm going to be hungry by the end of the workout. They loved this workout, but I'm sure it's inducing some of that hunger. We're talking about pulled pork, talked about loins. What is your like go-to staple in your house, Dr. Taylor?
Oh, either ground pork or pork tenderloin.
Those are our two favorites. Okay.
Ground pork is so easy because you can go from— I have ground pork in the freezer, that tacos are tuckable in like 20 minutes, right?
Like season it lightly and use it for multiple things. Yes, exactly. Nice. Last 3, 2, rest and recover. Awesome job. Water again. I've been on a huge kick, uh, making this like bone broth, uh, ground pork kale sweet potato soup. Like so simple. Kale, sweet potato, ground pork. My kids don't like soup, so I can just like take the broth out and dissect So I just give them some ground pork, give them some sweet potatoes, and like, they choose a different vegetable. They're not huge kale lovers. Let's be honest. If you get your babies to eat kale, let me know.
Okay. Like, let me know.
But I love it. Yeah, like you said, so much flavor and so versatile.
I also feel like this is a really niche thing, but like, it's just me, my husband, and our toddler, right? So I love pork tenderloin because it comes in a small package.
Yeah.
And I feel like that's a very like specific thing to like. But it's so nice to not have this like 8 pounds of pork shoulder. What do I do with it?
Yeah.
It can be overwhelming.
I'm on the other side. I'm like family of 5, big eaters. Give me the shoulder. Like, right? All right, guys. It is the third set, which means it's the— Best set. Woo! Look at that. You can tell she's been on set before. We're doing 10 reps of everything, starting with 10 reps of your goblet squat. 10 reps of a goblet squat. Grab the weight you want to use. It's the 10-rep burnout round. We do 10 reps of every move. And you're there. In 5, 4, 3, 2, let's roll. 10 squats, go. 10, nice work pushing that ground away. 9, awesome job, here we go. 8, yes team, nice work. That puts us halfway. 5 more, 5 more, go. 5, 4, onto lunges in 3, 2, and 1. Nice work. Grab the weights you want to use for lunges. We're going to alternate, we're going alternating step back lunges. We'll step back right, then we'll step back left. 10 total. In 3, 2, let's go!
Go!
1, nice work. 2, driving through that front foot. 3, you got it, come on. 4, 5, halfway. Final 5, 4, awesome job. 3, 2, and 1, right into a bilateral or 2 feet parallel on the ground deadlift. You're going to crush those oranges in your armpits, hinging at the hips in 3, 2, let's go, hinge, hinge, hinge, 10. Nice work, pushing that ground away to stand tall, 9, hammies, glutes, hips, all working for us right here. Nice. You shared, we love fun facts. There's always fun facts with Dr. Taylor, which I love. Fun fact, pork is the most nationally eaten protein, or globally, globally eaten protein.
Yep.
2 more. Wow. 1 more. Hinge, stand. All right, we got lateral lunges, but we're gonna do lateral squats. So you're gonna take a wide stance, wide stance, toes facing slightly out. 1 weight, hold it here, here. You're gonna hit side to side, 10 total, 5 per side. In 3, 2, let's go. Hit right, drive off, hit left, drive off. Most eaten protein globally.
Yeah.
Ooh, that's interesting.
Well, think how many ways you can flavor it, right?
That is true.
That's really cool.
Right, if you've watched our previous workouts, you heard the word, what is it, umami? Umami. Umami, which means like flavorful, right?
Savory.
Savory.
Yes.
One more, out. All right, you ready for arms? Curl press for 10. Nice. Back row for 10. We're going to double them up. And then we're gonna go triceps for 10. Curl press for 10, curl press for 10. Palms face in, you're there in 3, 2, let's do it. Curl, punch, that's 1. Come on, come on, nice work. You're working to drop these weights and finish with that HIIT and core burnout. Big punch overhead, last set of arms, it's right here. Finish strong, you guys are so stinking strong. Yes you are. Come on, that's 5. Halfway. 5 more. 5 in the tank. Finish. Yes, come on. Final 4 right here. Let's go. Last 3. Up. Nice. Come on. Last 2. Push. Eyes are squinting. Yes. Last one. We all push and we're out. Woo, holy bananas. Hinge over, 10 back rows. Gonna pull both arms at the same time. Pull, squeeze, hold. Lower with control for 10. 10 back rows, 10 triceps. We drop those weights and we go HIIT and core finisher. Break at the hips, row for 10. In 3, 2, let's row.
Go!
10, nice work. 9, you got it. 8, stay with it. 7, really feel that squeeze at the top. Lower with control, nice work. Final 4. 3, 2, and 1. Awesome job, team! Drop to one weight. It's 10 overhead triceps, 10 overhead triceps, and then HIIT and abs to finish it out. Let's knock out the strength portion of this workout. Overhead triceps in 3, 2, let's go! 10, 9, nice work, 8, Nice. Use that breath, use that breath. Push overhead, keep those elbows tight. Yes, final 4, 3, and 2, and 1. Weights are down, but you want to keep one heavy weight close to you. We're heading into the HIIT and core finisher. It is 5 moves, one time through, 30 seconds on, so shorter interval, 30 seconds. If you're with me, we're going lunge jumps. Yes, love to love them or love to not love them. Lunge jumps for 30 seconds. They're going to give you on-off mat runs, on-off mat runs. Then we got skaters, we got snatches or cleans. Keep one heavyweight next to you. We're going to some core, some standing marches. Let's finish this thing. All standing, HIIT finisher. You guys love the HIIT finisher. Let's raise that heart rate. 30 seconds of lunge jumps. It starts in 3, 2, let's go. 30 seconds of lunge jumps or you can do an on-off mat run. Find a line on the floor. Come on, it's your chance to raise your heart rate. You built that full body strength. Now add some power, add some intensity, train that heart right here. Yes, you can.
Woo! We did these in ATHLEAN25.
Oh yeah.
My toddler thinks they're so funny.
I love it. I love it. I love that you did ATHLEAN25 with your toddler by your side. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. 1, rest. Let's work skaters, skaters. Make some room, skaters. Giant step right, we push left, we skate, building those outer glutes. 30 seconds in 3, 2, let's go. Push, push, push, side to side. Nice training in all planes today. Come on, yes, you got this. You built that strength doing the lateral lunges. Now you add some power with some lateral pushes, some skaters. Nice work. We're gonna add that weight, going to snatches in 10. Let's go, finish, push, push. We're gonna keep that heart rate high in 5, 4, 3, 2, rest. Walk it off. Nice work, guys. Snatches or cleans, one heavy weight. You're taking it all the way overhead or just to the shoulder. Breathe. Here we go, alternate at the bottom. 3, right hand in 2. Let's go, right hand hits it. Snatch, rack, load, switch at the bottom. Snatch, rack, load. Voted NML's favorite community move right here. We love the snatches. Yes we do, yes we do. Come on, it's big, it's strong, and it's powerful just like you. Let's go, team! What would it look like if I said 10 more seconds of snatches right here? Finish strong. Last 3, 2, rest. Rest for 15. Grab that weight, hold it here. Goblet hold and march. Goblet hold and march. Here we go. Activate the shoulders, activate the core. Marching in 3, 2, go, march. March. Catch your breath. Transferring the load from side to side, trying to get that knee up in line with that hip. Keep that dumbbell off your chest. The farther you hold it away from you, the more the shoulders and the core are going to turn on.
And start—
catch your breath. This squat crunches. That's it. You got it, team. Yes, you can finish strong. Almost there. Bring it home. Last 5, 4, 3, 2, and recover. Take that weight, you're gonna hold it. One dumbbell in each hand. Squat, crunch at the top. Squat, rotate to that core and crunch. If rotation's not good for you, just give me a march. 3, 2, let's go. Squat, crunch. Nice work. Squat, crunch. This is it, guys. 30 seconds of standing squat crunch and you are out of today's full body strength workout. Nice work. Finish strong. Yes team, yes team. You got this. What would it look like if I said 10 more seconds? Yes you can. Finish strong right here. Awesome job guys. Nice. Final 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 more. Finish on the right. Nice work. Weights are down.
Nice.
Way to go Dr. Taylor. Way to go Rachel. High fives to you at home. Way to go. Let's stretch. Some standing stretches. Flap those wings. We're gonna go right back to where we started this workout. Hands behind your head. Let's round through that spine, elbows clasped, and pull it apart. Spread that chest apart. Do it again. Round and open. Big inhale, reach up. Right hand's gonna reach for the middle of the back. Tricep stretch, right? Option to stay here. Option to add a little side body lean if that feels good for you. Open up the lats, open up the obliques. Back to center. Same thing, other side. Left arm up, reach for the middle of the back. Option, stay here. Option, add a little side body lean. Nice work, team. Bring it in. Here we go, standing quad stretch on the right leg. Pull that heel to glute, tuck the tailbone to me. Nice, stretching through that quad, top of the thigh. Awesome job. Now you're going to kick this right leg out in front of you. Toes are going to go up towards the ceiling. You're going to hinge at the hips and stretch through the hamstring, the back of the leg. We worked in those deadlifts. Nice work. Same thing, other side. Standing on the right leg, left heel to the glute. So proud of you guys for showing up today. Thanks to Dr. Taylor and the Minnesota Pork for sponsoring this workout. Like, so grateful to have this workout and have Dr. Taylor back on set with us. Hinge at those hips. We, uh, love partnering with you guys because we know that pork is such a great protein to refuel with, especially after workouts like this. Stand up tall. And if you want to find more amazing heart-healthy, family-friendly recipes and truly taste what pork can do for you and your family, you can find more recipes at mnpork.com.
