This 30-minute HIIT workout checks all the boxes. No repeats, no equipment, and no burpees. It's my go-to when I'm traveling and I want something quick, effective, and sweaty. So let's jump right in. All right, team, I'm Lindsey Bomgren of Nourish Move Love. And as you can see, I'm joined today not by the amazing Rachel, but by the amazing Tim.
I am not Rachel, but I am Tim.
Yes, yes.
Nice to see you guys.
My amazing husband. You might recognize him from our Athlete 25 program. We're bringing him back on set to actually remake one of our popular bodyweight HIIT workouts we filmed back during the COVID era in our home. And we're back, we're bringing it back, we're refilming it. So today's a no equipment, bodyweight only workout. You'll have the option to go high impact or keep it low impact. You get to decide, but all you need today is your body weight. You have 8 HIIT circuits and there are 3 exercises per circuit. We're gonna build, so you have a base move, a build move, and then a high intense move. The good news is you only do each exercise for 30 seconds of work, followed by 15 seconds of rest, and you only do each exercise once. So it's no repeats. Once you do it, you are done. It's going to be quick. It's going to be dirty, and it's an effective go-to workout. One of our go-tos when we are traveling together. So let's go ahead and get warmed up again using just your body weight. We're going to start today's workout. So feet are underneath your hips and you're just going to go ahead, flap your wings, start, get that blood pumping and moving. And again, you can decide how intense you want to make today's workout by how far you pick it up. A little hand clap early. There we go. Okay, nice. We'll go big. Inhale, reach up. Exhale, bring those hands right behind your head. We're going to go for a good morning and a calf raise. So hips go back, stand tall, heels pop off the mat. Do it again. Push your hips back, soft bend in the knees, and then calf raise at the top, warming up those calves and ankles in case you want to get a little bit jumpy and explosive today. Stop bending those knees. Nice. Initiate with a hip hinge, stretch through those hamstrings, backside of the body, and then push those heels off the ground, warming up the calves and the ankles. 2 more right here. Stand tall. Nice. Give me 1 more and then you're gonna drop into squats right here. Take it down and up, down and up. Nice work. Feet are planted, knees are tracking towards those outer 3 toes, and you're pushing the ground away with your entire foot. As you stand tall. Chest up, eyes up. Squats are going to be the first move you're going to see in today's workout. Can you get a little bit lower with each squat? You're here for 4. Nice. 3 lunges in 2 and 1. Let's go. Right foot forward, left foot back. You're going to give me just a lunge and tap. Option lunge knee drive. You get to decide, lunge tap or lunge knee drive. You're dropping this back, left knee to the ground, shoulders stacked on hips. Again, nice even weight distribution in that front right foot. Nice. Give me 2 more. Last one. Hold that knee up. Hold that knee up. Hold here. High knees, high knees, high knees. You can march it or run it out. Pull those knees up right here. Add some energy for 8, 7, 6. You got it. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Left foot forward, right foot back. Same thing. Lunge tap option. Lunge knee drive. Right knee drops back towards that mat now. Nice work. This is the infamous workout. You guys remember where Bella started crying? She was my youngest at the time. Our oldest son Brody was holding Bella and she started crying. They were downstairs in the basement. Tim had to run off set to rescue them or to rescue himself. I had to rescue me for sure. An air break. One more. Hold here. Let's go butt kicks this time. Heels to the glutes, heels to glutes. Open those quads. 8, 7, 6, you got it, 5, take to the back of your space, 3, 2, 1, plank walkouts. Hands hit the mat, walk out, find a high plank, hold here. Option, drop the hips if that's available to you, open up that front side of the body, feels good for the back. That crack, yeah, there you go. Tuck the toes, walk it back in, reach up, do it again. Hands plant, walk out, find that high plank. Option, stay here. Option, drop the hips. Nice, you can gaze over each shoulder. Open up the front side of the body, stretch that low back. Nice. One more. This time you're gonna hold your plank. Hold your plank. Nice work. Walk it out. Hold that plank nice and strong. Your option is always to drop to your knees in plank. Hold that plank. Shoulder taps, opposite hand, opposite shoulder. 8, 7, 6, you got it. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. 2 push-ups, knees or toes. Take it down, up, down, up. Push up and back. Pedal out those heels, put out those heels. Knee bends, knee bends. Knees hover off the mat, hips go high. Knees hover off the mat, hips go high. 2 more. Knees hover, hips high. Last one. Knees hover, hips high. Drop all the way to the knees. Cat-cow. Drop the belly, lift the chin. Reverse it. Tuck the chin, pull that spine up towards the ceiling. Land in a flat back, neutral spine. Step back to high plank again. Step right foot outside, right hand. Give me a nice easy twist right here. Nice work. Can you drop that elbow down towards the ground? Trying to reach that mat. Look at Tim, continuous mobility improvement. Set it down, switch it out. Left foot outside, left hand, easy twist. Gaze follows fingertips. Drop the elbow if you're able. Open those hips. Let's do one more each way. Here we go. Right foot outside, right hand, easy twist. Drop the elbow, set it down, switch it. Left foot outside, left hand reach, drop. Nice work. If it's available to you, option A is going to be bird dog. Option B is going to be lower all the way down to your belly, all the way down to your belly. So Tim can go all the way down to his belly. Nice. From here, you're just gonna do some prone back flies. Arms come to a 90-degree. You're gonna lift and hover. If that's not available to you, you're giving me bird dog where opposite arm and leg reach away from each other. If belly down is not available to you, reach, hold, extend. Reach, hold, extend. Nice. 2 more. Reach, hold, extend. Last one. Reach, hold, extend. Nice. Pop yourself up to a standing position. Good news is there are no burpees today, so you won't have to do any of those. Lateral squats. Take a nice wide base with your feet. Side to side. Hit side, center, side, center. So you're driving off that bent knee, down, up, finishing that warm-up here. You have this and skaters. We're gonna add a little lateral push here in 4, 3, 2, 1. Take a giant step right, lateral push or skaters. Hit side to side, side to side. Finish strong with a little power here. 8, 7, 6, 6. Nice work. Final 4, 3, 2, rest. Grab a quick sip of water. We're gonna jump into your 8 circuits starting with Circuit 1, lower body. 3 lower body exercises: base, build, power. 30 seconds on, 15 seconds off. So quick, it's gonna move fast, guys. If you don't want to go to power, you're gonna stick with base. That will be your option. Okay, you can always keep it low impact. First up is a basic air squat. Feet a little bit wider than shoulder width apart. Down, up for 30 seconds, starting on lower body. Ready?
Let's rock and roll.
Let's rock and roll. You're there in 3, 2, let's go. Down, up. Remember, it is no repeats today, so you do each exercise once. We're gonna build off this move. We're gonna go from base to build to power. Nice work. Chest up, eyes up, finding that nice 90-90 at the bottom. Again, evenly pushing the ground away with your entire foot to stand you tall. You have 10 more seconds here. Squat it out, squat it out. You can always come back to this as a base move today. You're here for 3, 2, give me one more. Rest and recover. Option, side to side squat. Side to side, that's your build move. We're going to add a lateral pattern. Stepping right, stepping right in 5. Here we go, 3, 2, let's go. Hit right, then left. Nice work. Side to side. This is your build, so we're adding a little bit of a lateral pattern to it, a little bit of a load transfer. Third set is going to be your power or your HIIT move. All right, so you know where we're going throughout the entire workout: base, build, power. 30 seconds each. Do it once. You're already in the final 10 seconds of these side to side squats. Nice work, team. Stick with it. Last 5, 4, 3, 2, and rest. Hey, option to stick with side to sides. Option squat jacks. Wide at the bottom, narrow at the top. Down, up, down, up. 30 seconds. This is your high intensity. You're there in 3, 2. Let's go down. Okay, this is your 30-second HIIT push. 30-second HIIT push. Your option is always to stick with the build move, side to side squats, or pick it up a notch and go straight up squat jacks. Come on, chance to push that heart rate. Yes you can! What would it look like here if I said 10 more seconds? 10 more seconds. Nice, come on, bring it home. Last 5, 4, 3, 2, And rest. Nice work.
First, first set.
Moving on, circuit 2. Single leg deadlift. Right leg on the ground, left leg can float. Single leg down and up. You're there in 3, 2, let's go. So tap, float. You can add a tap or a knee drive. If single leg is not available to you, you can stagger. The point is that majority of the weight is in that front foot. Using that front right foot as a tripod. Big toe, pinky toe, and heel. Evenly distribute that weight. Push those points of contact into the ground. Chest comes parallel to the floor. 3, 2, 1. What's the rule in our house? Everything happens to what?
Every tap's a push-up.
Every tap's a push-up. Count them. You're going to do them at the end. That's 1 for me. All right, option lunge tap like we did in the warm-up. Option lunge knee drive. Right leg forward, left leg back. 3, 2, let's roll down. Hup! Lunge tap is your option. Lunge knee drive, this is your build. Single leg deadlift was your base, this is your build. Can you guess where we're gonna go for power, Tim?
Oh, I can guess.
Are you gonna like the move is the other question.
30 seconds, that's it.
You can do anything. For 30 seconds. You're already in the final 10 here. Final 10. Nice work, team. Yes. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 more lunge and you're out. Same 3 exercises, other leg. So yes, it's no repeat, but you got 2 beautiful legs God gave you. You're gonna train them both. Left foot, single leg deadlift, or that staggered stance. Right hand reaches for the ground in 3.
You gotta do the plyos first.
Oh, plyos. 3, 2, let's go. That was my bad. High lunge. I missed it. I missed it. Where's my accountability, Tim? There we go.
Right here.
This is your build. Sorry, this is your power. This is your power option. You stick with that lunge knee drive. Option, you go high intensity right here. High intensity power push. It's a single leg bound and it's 10 seconds. You got it. You got it. There's that power for 5. 4, 3, 2, rest. Holy bananas.
Trust me, I wanted to skip that exercise, but gotta hold you accountable.
That's a holy bananas move. Okay, now you got those same 3 moves, other leg. Left foot on the ground, single leg or stagger deadlift in 3, 2, let's go. So right hand reaches for the ground, option drive that knee up, hinging at the hips, but there's still a nice soft bend in this standing left leg. Your points of contact for your left foot: big toe, pinky toe, heel. Every tap's a push-up if you want to play our game. Find that balance. 10 more seconds. My defense, I have to talk at the same time I'm doing this. 5.
You have trouble balancing, just stare at one point just a little bit ahead of you. It'll help you.
3, 2, you're out. Okay. You know the deal. Lunge tap or lunge knee drive. Lunge tap or lunge knee drive. Left foot forward, right foot back. You're there in 3, 2, let's go. Down, up, right. Finding that focal point on the ground really helps with balance, stability, something again we lose as we age. Really good to work on unilateral training or single leg exercises. Nice work driving that knee up in line with your hip if you're capable. Awesome job. Try and catch that breath because you know what's coming. It's big, it's powerful, and it's a single leg lunge plyometric. In 3, 2, rest. Rest for 15. Shake out that glute. 15 seconds. Option, stick with lunge knee drive. Option, go big plyo lunge. Up. All right, see if you can get more than a stack of paper under this foot. We go in 3, 2, let's go! Tap, drive. Come on, it's 30 seconds. I'm gonna give you a water break after this move right here. Let's go, let's go, push it! You can do anything for 30 seconds. Yes, you can. Even single leg bounds. Come on, if you did the original COVID workout I'd have to argue that one's harder.
That one is brutal.
That was brutal. Come on, push it for 5, 4, 3, 2. Give me one more. Woo! Oh, I promise you a water break. Here we go, grab your water. Always a part of the workout.
Quick breather.
I'm really grateful that I have half a packet of Element Electrolytes inside my water bottle, especially during HIIT workouts.
Yeah. I mean, you have those things everywhere. Like you got them in your purse, in your van, in the cupboard, all the things. You have them everywhere.
I mean, we got to stay stocked. We are busy parents, entrepreneurs, and electrolytes actually help energy production at the cellular level, you guys. And here's the kicker for me. It can improve your sleep. I'm all about it. Yeah. Improvement—
Element doesn't have sugar.
And it doesn't have sugar, which we also love because our kids are constantly drinking out of our water bottles. So we love Element Electrolytes. They keep us hydrated and fueled because it gives us everything we need— sodium, potassium, magnesium— and nothing we don't, like added sugars. If you want to try our favorite electrolytes, all you need to do is click the link in the description below, and you're going to get a free sample pack with any purchase. So you can try a variety of flavors and see which flavor is your favorite. What's yours?
Watermelon.
He's a watermelon guy. I have officially transferred to Team Lemonade. I'm so glad they made lemonade salt a permanent flavor in the Wheelhouse. All right, water break over, guys. We're back on circuit 4. We're hitting the mat for push-ups. Tim's fave.
Ooh, I need it. I still need it. That was a tough circuit there.
Yeah, push-ups. 30 seconds of push-ups. Your option is to take these kneeling or at an incline. 30 seconds of push-ups. We're going to drop to our belly if that's available for you for move number 2. If it's not, I'll show you a modification. But we go with 30 seconds of push-ups. 30 seconds of push-ups in 3, 2, let's go! Lead with that chest. Inhale down, exhale push. Tim is gonna double my reps. He is just a stinking push-up machine, right? We want no floppy necks. Look at that gaze in front of you. Nice work, nice work. One straight line, lowering as one straight line. That's what we're focusing on in this circuit, and you're gonna see why as we build. You're gonna see why. Come on, finish. 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1. Someone needs to count the difference, like how many did you do compared to me? Okay, back to where we started in the warm-up. If going belly down's not available, you're giving me bird dog, opposite arm and leg. If belly down's available, alternating swimmers, opposite arm and leg lift. In 3, 2, let's go. Opposite arm and leg lift. Lower, lift, hold, squeeze. Lower, lift, hold, squeeze. Lower. This is your build move. We hit the front side— chest, shoulder, tri-core. Now we hit the back side— glutes, hammies, posterior chain, spine. Nice. Delt. You got it, team! It's 30 seconds and you're done in 5, 4, 3, 2. Rest and recover. We did that because we probably all need more of that in our life. Now we're gonna put it together. You're gonna give me a push-up into a Superman. Lower all the way down, reach, plant, push. That's not available to you, you're going back to push-ups. You're there in 3, 2, let's go. Lower all the way down, reach, plant, tuck the toes, push up. One straight line, one straight line down, plant, one Straight line up, down, reach, plant, push. Nice work, team.
Reach.
Building some core right into the middle of this circuit. Great traveling bodyweight workout, hitting the front side and the back side of the body. You're here for 3, 2, finish this push-up and you're out. Nice work. Back to standing, guys. Back to standing. First circuit 5, lateral lunges. You're gonna hit right, lateral lunge, hit right, stand up. You're there in 3, 2, let's go. Hit right, stand up, hit right, stand up. Training in all planes because we know life is three-dimensional, and that's how we're gonna train, hitting the lateral lunge. Awesome job. Really think about driving off that bent knee, transferring the load to the outer edge of your foot, and driving off. Decelerate, accelerate up, catch the load, then power it up. You're here, nice work. For 3, 2, drive out of it, rest. Option to stay there, option to add a crunch. Lunge, crunch, okay, if that's available to you. Otherwise, you're just sticking with the lateral lunge, okay? All right, we're there in 3, 2, let's go. Okay, Tim, I asked you this during ATHLETE25 I have to know, do you think that this is a girly move?
No, this one isn't too bad.
Okay, nice. I was— Tim's always like, you know, you got to minimize the girly moves when I'm on set with you. And I'm like, this is just single leg training. Yeah, this is with isolation, core rotation built in, and you're adding a little bit of balance in the mix. I mean, so good for your outer hips, your adductors, your abductors. Nice. You're here for 3, 2. Rest, recover. Now we add some power. Skaters. We're gonna skate. That means you're hitting side to side skating. So giant step right, pushing left. 30 seconds of skaters. You're there in 3, 2, let's go. These skaters and these lateral lunges are really targeting some of your smaller lower body, lower body muscles, really your hips, your abductors, your adductors. They stabilize your pelvic floor. Really important, right? Great for low back pain. A little bit smaller muscle groups. You're not going to feel your heart rate rise maybe as much as you did during those plyo lunges when we're hitting the glutes and quads. Big muscle movers. Nice work. You're here for 5, 4, 3, 2, rest.
Nice.
Walk it off. Same 3 exercises, other side. We're going to sub the skaters. For lateral shuffles. Lateral lunge to your left, lateral lunge to your left. 3, 2, let's go. Hit left, drive out of it. Hit left, drive out of it. Nice work. Hit and stand. Again, same thing, driving off that bent knee. Chest comes a little bit more parallel to the floor. I like to think about bringing my rib cage to my quad or my thigh. As I drop into this lateral lunge. 10 seconds here. Option to stay here, option to add that crunch. That's where we go in 5, 4, 3, 2. One more. Nice. Rest for 15. You can stick here, you can add that crunch, right? Driving that knee up, balancing on the right leg. Lateral lunge with a crunch. Here we go in 3, 2. Let's go. I'm laughing a little bit because I don't know if you noticed the difference between mine and Tim's sweat towel size, but after ATHLEAN25, it was confirmed that he cannot just use my baby sweat towel. He needs a big man-sized sweat towel, right? If you have no idea what I'm talking about when I say ATHLEAN25, it is our 2-week athletic training program at home. If you like this workout, you would love ATHLEAN25. Think strength paired with some of these HIIT intervals. 3, 2, rest. I'm gonna link it for you in the description below. ATHLEAN25, we're gonna link that for you if you want to check out that 2-week program. Highly recommend. Tim's in it.
That's a good one.
You can get your husband alongside you. Lateral shuffles, 2 to the right, 2 to the left. Push left in 3, 2, let's go. Shuffle, shuffle, hit, hit. Lateral shuffle, still sticking with that side-to-side movement, but instead of skaters in a single leg fashion Riding quick feet, light on the toes, fast on the feet. Lateral movement, moving like an athlete, moving like an athlete. Come on, halfway, halfway. Yes, team! Woo! Stick with it. We go back to the mat for some upper body training. You're there in 5. Come on, finish! 4, 3, 2, rest. Nice work, team. Quick sip of water. Before we hit the deck, give you a little bit longer break here. Get your heart rate up. It's like 3 circuits on, longer break, 3 circuits on, longer break.
I think that's fair.
That's fair. Okay. Circuit 7, plank shoulder taps, plank shoulder taps. We're starting to get into the core. Rest of the workout's going to be on the mat. Doesn't mean it's going to be easy. But it's going to be on the mat. All right? You got about a 1-minute and 30-second plank ahead of you, so you can mentally prepare yourself. We start with shoulder taps. Your modification is always drop to your knees or take this up to an incline. 30 seconds of shoulder taps. You ready, Tim?
Yes.
All right, we go in 3, 2, let's go. Every time I say you're ready, Tim, can I tell you what pops in my head? What? In the basement with our kids, we play this game. Floor is lava slash kind of throw softballs at them and see if we hit them. And to start the game, I always say, Gladiators ready! Gladiators ready! Gladiators fight! And we go. It's how I got this scratch on my eye. But every time I say ready too, I want to say Gladiators ready!
Brody's basketball team name is the Gladiators.
Yeah, there we go. Gladiators fight for 3, 2, rest and recover. All right, that was your base. You can stick there. Your build is going to be an army crawl. It's where you go down, down, up, up, forearm to high plank, forearm to high plank. Yeah, get that sweaty forearm. We go in 3, 2, let's go. So you go forearm, forearm, plank, plank. Alternate the arm you drop with each time if you can, because this is no repeat. We're only doing it once. Try and alternate that lead arm. Yep.
I'm not in sync with you, but that's all right.
That's OK. Here we go. No one expects you to live up to Rachel's expectations.
She knows that too.
Yeah, she knows that, right? Yes, team. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 more forearm. You can do it. Drop. Are you ready to add some power? Mountain climbers. If mountain climbers are not available to you, standing high knees. This is your option. Tim and I are doing climbers, plank mountain climbers. In 3, 2, let's go! Pull those knees towards your chest, climb that mountain. Let's go! Keep that weight shifted forward, butts are low. Drive those knees towards your chest. 30 seconds, yes you can! Halfway, then you switch to your back. You're on your back. For abs and core. Yes, you can finish. You've got 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Woo! My banana shoulders.
Shoulders on fire.
Shoulders on fire.
That was a long final second there, Miss Lindsey.
Yeah, I like, you know, that instructor counting. Bicycle crunches, hitting core. Option A, Bicycle march, bicycle march. Option B, crunch, crunch. 30 seconds of crunches. We're gonna progress this as we go. You're there in 3, 2, let's go! Crunch, crunch. This is that spicy ab finisher I was talking about in the intro of this workout. We finish with a spicy ab finisher. Come on, you got that bodyweight training, you hit head to toe. You raised your heart rate. Now it's time to train that core. Woo! Catch your breath, train your core. Yes, nice work! Final 5, 4, 3, 2, rest and recover. Option A, you're gonna stick with bicycle crunches. Option B, double knee tucks. Tuck, kick, tuck. If you want to go one 2. That's your option 2. Double leg in 3, 2, go! Out and in, out, in, out, in. You can always go one at a time, one at a time. Choose your level. The farther you can get those legs away from your body, the harder it's going to be, right? Tim knows this. He's got big heavy legs, big heavy Your legs are so hard. Seriously, one of those hits you in the middle of the night, you're like, oh, did a tree just fall on our bed? You're here for 3, 2, rest and recover. Okay, we take it up one more notch. You can choose either of those first 2 levels or go full body roll up. All the way up, all the way back, all the way up, all the way back. Time to pick it up a notch. You ready? We go in 3, 2, let's go, reach. Crunch, reach, crunch, reach, crunch. Nice work. All the way back, all the way up. Think inhale back, exhale up. Inhale back, exhale crunch. Yes team, you got it! Come on, yes! 10 seconds here, 10 seconds here. Keep going. Final 5, 4, 3, 2, rest and recover. Whoo! How are those tree trunks feeling?
Oh, the abs are on fire.
Hit up some side planks. Side plank, doesn't matter which arm you put down. Side plank. Start with the side plank in 3, 2, let's go. Lift off. So shoulder is stacked over elbow. You can stack your feet, you can scissor your feet, you can drop down to this inside knee. Option A, just hold side plank. Option B, take this arm overhead, reach and rotate through, and then back to open plank reach-throughs. Pick your level. Option A, hold side plank. Option B, add in this rotation. Nice work, you're already there. Last 3, 2, and 1. Roll it over, find a nice forearm plank. Find a nice forearm plank. Alternating option, hold this forearm plank. Just hold. Okay, you all meet me in a hold in 3, 2, let's go. Just hold this plank. Shoulders are stacked over elbows. All right, you can pull the shoulder blades apart, pull up on the kneecaps, push back on the heels. Option A, stay here. Option B, alternating knee bends, hitting those low abs. Drop one knee to the mat, Drop the other knee to the mat. Bend, bend, bend. You're gonna add those low abs in the mix when you drop those knees. They just tap, they just tap, they just tap. If you're modifying, you're on your knees, you're lifting up. In 3, 2, recover. Yes team, side plank other way. This is it, last move. This is it, side plank. Forearm on the ground, set up that side plank. Option hold. Option hold in 3, 2, lift off, hold. Shoulders stacked over elbow, scissor the feet, stack them, or drop down to this inside knee. Pick a level that fits you. Hold plank, just hold. Option B, start that thread, thread the needle and open. Option thread that needle, reach through and open. Nice work, team! Yes, there's no bonus burpees because I promised at the beginning of this workout no burpees. This is your spicy ab finisher. 3, 2, hit your forearm plank and hold. You're holding here for 30 seconds. This is it, this is it. Final 30-second hold and you are stretching. Way to go, team! Bodyweight training at its finest. Just because it's bodyweight does not mean it is easier, that is for certain. Awesome job, guys. Keep breathing. Hold that nice straight line. What would it look like if I said 5, 4, 3, 2, rest and recover.
Ah, spicy!
Way to go, Tim!
Let's go!
High fives! High fives to you guys.
Needed the hat today, it's sweaty.
Yeah, today let's stretch it out. All right, cat cow, find that tabletop position. Stay here. Option, drop the belly, lift the chin. Nice. Reverse it. Tuck that chin, rise through that tailbone. Nice. Find a nice flat back. Awesome job. If it's available to you, you're gonna drop down and give me a nice little cobra or a nice little press up here, opening that front side of the body, opening up that core after that spicy ab finisher, right? You can gaze over each shoulder. Nice work. Rotate over. On to your backside. 90-90s, because I know my husband needs to work on these, so I'm guessing some of you do too, right? That hip mobility right here, 90 degrees. You can give me a slight hinge forward. Nice, opening those hips. Option, you can take yourself up and over. You can place your hands behind you if that helps. All right, we had to refilm this workout. We had somebody in our community, Audrey, comment when Tim and I filmed this years ago— how many years ago was that? Because Bella's 6 now and she was a baby then.
But 5 years ago.
Go ahead, rotate again. Audrey said she loved the workout and it was so realistic because Tim had to go off set to get crying Bella, who's now 6 years old, which is wild, but it just felt so relatable. But she also wanted us to remake it and bring Tim back, so here we are, Audrey. We remade it. We gotta know. We'll put the OG workout in the description below, the original workout. I do think the original is harder. I think the original harder.
I don't know, it felt pretty hard, but it could be a— could be circumstantial. I don't know.
You could definitely try both of them. I definitely have more sleep. Maybe that's why it felt easier. We're sleeping better now.
Maybe Audrey should decide.
Yeah, we'll let you guys decide. Let us know in the comments below. Thanks for joining us today for this bodyweight HIIT workout. I hope you loved it.
