As you can see, I have some amazing guests with me on set. Let's start by introducing Ashley. Hello. Ashley's with the Minnesota Beef Council, and we are so excited to have Ashley on set with us today. Well, thank you. Yeah. And over here. You guys have seen Ashley before. She's been in some of our workouts, right? Yes. And she just keeps getting stronger. So today's workout's just harder. I'm kidding. And I have the amazing Taylor who is on set with us for the first time. Taylor is a beef farmer from Goodhue, Minnesota. Tell us a little bit about yourself, Taylor.
So me and my family, we raise Angus and Wagyu cattle, as well as direct marketing that beef to consumers and restaurants along, like, very cool.
Okay, I'm going to come back to that because I know what an Angus catalyst. I do not. Wagu.
Correct.
Am I saying that right? Wagu. We're going to come back to that. For everyone who's wondering what wagu is, we are going to find out as we move through this workout. Excited to have Taylor, and we are excited to have Ashley with us today. Let's get into this workout. Okay. This is a pyramid workout, and it is going to be pure fire. As you guys know, Minnesota Beef Council workouts have a reputation for being tough because beef farmers are tough, right?
Yeah, of course.
When I walked in and Taylor shook my hand, and I was like, holy bananas. He has got a grip on this guy. Okay, so let's jump in. You have six moves in today's pyramid. Whole body moves. You're going to do each move for 30 seconds of work, followed by 30 seconds of rest. But what makes it a pyramid is we stack on the moves as we go up. So you do move 1. Rest for 31, 2. Rest for 30. 1, 2, 3, 2. You get the drift? All the way up to six consecutive moves. Three consecutive minutes of work. It's holy bananas when you reach the top of that pyramid. But the good news is we come down and we drop off moves as we go so it gets easier. You in? I'm in. You in?
Let's do it.
Is this your first pyramid?
Yes.
Yes. Ashley, have you done a pyramid before? I think this might be the first. First. Woo. We got some first timers here. Let's get this party started. Big inhale. Reach up. Nice and tall. Hands are going to drop right behind your ears and you're just going to squeeze your back. Elbows come front. Squeeze your back. Elbows come front. Soft bend in those knees. Core is tight. Thinking about just starting to engage that back. Pulling those shoulder blades together. Squeeze. Shoulders are turned on for three. Nice work for two. You got it. Last one. Reach up nice and tall. Right wrist grabs left, up and over side body stretch. If you feel good today, take it all the way down. Around. Come back to the top. Left up and over to the left side. Nice. Take it all the way down, around again. Back up to the top. Top. Hands come to the small of your back. Roll your shoulders back. Spread your chest apart. Just open up nice and proud. Take those hands right to your hip. You're gonna give me one hip hinge, then you're gonna stand tall. One calf raise. Nice. One hip hinge. Stand tall. One calf raise. My hands are at my hips because I want you to feel what it feels like to do a hip hinge. Your hands or your fingers should sink into your hip crease. Stand tall. Calf raise. Nice. So you're pushing your hips back, warming up the low back, the hamstrings, the glutes. And then you're driving tall through the heels, up onto the toes for a calf raise. One more and then we're going to take it right down into squats. Squat it out right here. Nice. There's a couple squats to warm up. Trying to get a little bit deeper with each squat. I like to think about taking my knees towards my outer three toes as I drop it. Low. Chest up, eyes up. There we go. Four more. Four more. Go. Four. Nice. Three. We're gonna go plank walkouts. Take it to the back of your space. Last one, last one. Take it back. You're gonna give me two squats, one plank walkout. So it looks like this team, we go down. Up, down, up. Drop it down. Hands. Hit the mat. Walk out. Find that high plank. Nice work. Walk it back in. Back to two squats. Here we go. Stand tall. Go. One. Go to nice hands. Hit the deck. Walk out. Warming up the shoulders and the core. One more time. One more time. Stand up. Here we go. Two squats down. Nice. Down. All the way down. Hit the mat. Walk it out. Hold your high plank. If you want, you can always drop down to your kn. Shoulders are stacked over wrists. Core is nice and tight. Nice. Right here. Step Right foot outside, right hand. Nice, Easy twist right here. Opening it up. There we go. Set it back down. Other side. Left foot outside, left hand. Easy twist. There we go. Opening it up. Set it down. Let's do it again because it feels good today. Right foot outside, right hand. Easy twist. Nice. Set it down. Do it again. Left foot outside, left hand. Easy twist. That feels good, right? Feels good. You ready? You're gonna give me two push ups. Knees or toes. Down, up, down, up. Then you're gonna step your feet into bear crawl right here. Drop your knees to the mat. Little cat cow action. Drop the belly, lift the chin. Reverse its spine, goes up towards the ceiling. Find a nice neutral spine. Tuck your toes. Knees hover off the mat. So in the workout today, just give you a preview. You're gonna do a push up. Then you're gonna hop to this bear position and you're gonna do a lateral walk. So we'd go to the left. Hold here. Now take it back to the right. To the right. There you go. Step back. Find that high plank. Let's do some slow burpee walking. Step the right foot, the left foot. Stand up, take it down. Switch that lead foot. Go left, right. Stand up. One more each way, one more each way. Here we go. Right, left. Stand up. Take it down. Switch it out, switch it out. Left, right, all the way up to the top. Let's jack it out. Jacks, jacks. Option, tap, tap. Give me 8, 7, 6. You got it. 5, 4, 3, 2. Hold it nice and wide. Right here. Hit side, center. Side, center. Nice. We're gonna finish this warm up by actually walking through the move. So you're prepared to do them. Give me one more each way. Nice. And then we're gonna start at the bottom. We go staggered squat. So you have one dumbbell in your hand. And you're gonna pulse two, switch. Pulse two, switch. You could grab the dumbbell, get right into it. I'm not grabbing them until I have to. But Taylor, you are strong. So you'd be right here. Pulse two, switch. Pulse two switch. If that's uncomfortable for you, it's just a two pulse squat and a stand up two pulse squat. Stand up. Right. Then you're gonna grab your weights. You're gonna give me a hammer curl and a front raise. Hammer curl and front raise. Nice. From there, you hinge over. It's two back rows. Row, row. Clean it up. Step back. Right, step back. Left. Nice. Hinge. Row, row. Clean them up. Step back. Right. Step back. Left. If you don't feel comfortable with that, just hold the weights at your side the whole time. Two back rows, two lunges, and then that push up with the bear crawl lateral walk that we did on the ground. You do that next. Then you got a dumbbell burpee with a clean impress. Yes, I know. If you don't like burpees, you give me a squat curl press. And then we finish by doing those lateral squats we just finished in the warm up. You're going to hit side, side, drive and crunch. Side, side, drive and crunch. If you don't like that, you're just going to hit side to side in a lateral squat. Are you ready? Totally ready. Are you ready?
Let's do it.
Let's do this thing. They are in. They are in. Grab some water. We go 30 seconds per move. Kicking off. I'm gonna start with one dumbbell. You guys do two dumbbells outside, one dumbbell inside with a hand switch. I'm gonna do one dumbbell with a hand switch. Pick your level. We start right foot forward, left toes slightly back. In that staggered stance. You're gonna pulse to switch again. If you don't love that, feed our bilateral pulse to stand. When we switch, you stand two pulse squat option to add the switch. We go in three, two. Let's go, let's go. Pulse two, switch. Pulse two, switch. Pulse 2, switch. Pulse 2. Nice. You're getting low in those legs, right chest up, eyes up. If you are with me, you are never coming all the way up to standing. If you are doing a two pulse squat, it's pulse to stand, pulse to stand. Pick your level. You got 10 more seconds. 10 more seconds. Yes, you can. Nice finish. 5, 4, 3, 2. You're out. Stand up. Rest for 30. Rest for 30. We're gonna go back to that two pulse squat and then we're gonna stack on. You're gonna grab the other weight. One hammer curl, one front raise. All right. Palms stay facing in the whole time. If that's too much for you, give me one hammer curl lift on the right. One hammer curl lift on the left. Pick your level. You got 10 seconds. We start with the two pulse squat. Two pulse squat and switch. That's where we start. Then we add on the hamm and the front raise in three, two. Let's go, let's go. Pulse two, switch. It starts easy. That 30 second break feels really good in the beginning, but then you start stacking on the moves. Now you have a minute of consecutive work right here. One minute of consecutive work. The whole point is it's 30 second intervals. Find a pace you can stick with for 30 seconds without breaking. You got 15 down, 15 to go. Come on, let's go. 10 more here, 10 more here. Then you grab that weight. One hammer curl, one front raise. That's where we go. In 5, 4, 3, 2. Stand tall. Grab that other weight. Here we go. Palms face in. Let's go. One hammer curl, one front raise. Palms stay facing in the entire time. One front raise. Nice work. Hammer curl and front raise. Your option. Alternate those front raise. Soft bend in the knees. Core stays tight. Come on. You got 10 seconds here, then you got that 30 second break again and I'm going to show you. Move three. Stack it on. In five, four, three, two. Rest for 30. Move number three. We add on those two back rows. Row, row. Clean it up to the shoulders. Step back right, step back left. Okay? If you don't want to clean, just keep the weights at the side. Two back rows, two lunges. How are we feeling, team? We're good. We're good. We're Good. You got 10 seconds. Set yourself up. We are back to the two pulse staggered squat. Okay, two pulse staggered squat. Jack on hammer curl, front raise. Two back rows clean. Two reverse lunges. We go in three, two. Let's go, let's go. Pulse, two switches. Now a good time for you to tell me not Angus. What is the other one?
Wagu.
Wagyu. Wagu. What is Wagyu? Cattle.
It's a Japanese breed of cattle.
Okay.
That are known for their exceptional marbling.
Ooh, exceptional marbling. So that's like ribeye everything. Everything.
It really shines through.
Nice. Okay.
And the leaner cuts as well.
Taylor also cuts meat full time, right?
Correct.
Nice. Okay, we're going to get to that in 5, 4. Grab your other weight. 3, 2. Grab your other weight. One hammer curl, one front raise. Here we go. Palms face in, hammer curl right into it. Front raise. We stack on those moves. Remember, you got to work to earn that 30 second break. Okay? I love this because I love going and talking to my local butcher. Because I'm not going to lie, I grew up not knowing how to cook a lot of meats right. You could have your staple. I know sirloin steak. And I would just use sirloin steak for the grill. I would do chop up Stirling steak for my stir fry. Four, three, two back rows, two lunges. Let's go there. Here we go. Hinge, row, row. Clean it up. Step back right, step back left. Back to that hinge, hinge. Row, row, option. Clean the Weight to the shoulders, step back right, step back left. Nice work. So you've got two back rows paired with two lunges. Option to front rack on the lunge or keep the weights at your side. You decide. 10 seconds and we break. 10 seconds and we break. 30 second break comes for you in 5, 4, 3, 2. Rest and recover. Move forward. You're gonna set those weights down. You're gonna hit the deck. You're gonna give me that one. Push up, step or hop to bear crawl 1. Plank walk or lateral bear crawl? Back to plank, push up, back to bear walk it. If you do not love push ups and bear crawls, you are on your back holding a glute bridge with a chest press. Okay? That is your modification. If you so choose. Today, you got 10 seconds. We start with the staggered pulse squat. Switch. We go four moves, team. Two minutes of work in three, two. Let's go. Pulse two, switch. Break it down. 30 seconds at a time. One rep at a time. Two minutes can be intimidating. Take it at your pace. Okay, so I was saying I would. Sirloin was like my. My staple that obviously. And ground beef. Every mom has a couple pounds of ground beef in the freezer, I think at all times. Tacos, sloppy joes, you name it. Right? Okay. But I recently have started branching out. Grab your other dumbbell. Grab your other dumbbell in five, four. I saw it. That was bad cue. Three, two, one. I saw it, Taylor. I'm sorry. Bad cue. Here we go. Now you go. Hammer curl. I just bought flank steak for the first time the other day and made beef and broccoli with it. And it was lovely. But it's such a big cut of meat. I was so intimidated. So if you were to break down your top three cuts, what are they?
So besides our staples like rib eye, New York tenderloin, value strength.
I'm going to cut you off one second right here. We're switching exercises in three, two. Here we go. Two back rows. Nice. Clean it up. Two lunges. Okay, back to you, Taylor.
You want to look for like, in terms of value.
Oh, yeah, I like value. What gives me the most bang for my buck? I like that.
Chalkeye steaks. Otherwise known as the poor man's ribeye.
I like it.
If you like a fattier piece of meat, if you like something that's leaner.
We go to the ground in 3, 2. Drop your weights to the ground. Push up, push up. Am I gonna make you talk during push ups or is that just me? Here we go. One push up. Jump to bear Crawl, walk to your left, jump back to plank, push up, bear crawl. Take it right. Back to plank, push up, bear crawl. Take it left, push up, bear crawl, take it right. You're awesome, team. 10 more seconds of push ups. That 30 second break, it's on the other side. In 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Nice work, guys. Nice work. All right, Ashley, you might know this. We say this in some of our workouts. What's the best way to get off the ground after a push up? Oh, watch your cart. It's a burpee. It's a burpee. Okay, so you're going right from that push up. This is going to be move five, guys. Move five of six. You're going to grab your weights again. Give me a burpee. Up to the shoulders and push. That's what we stack onto. You got five consecutive exercise, starting with the staggered pulse squat, switch. We go in three. Take a big breath in two. Let's go, let's go. Five moves. Stack them on. Come on. You are climbing that pyramid so strong. 2 pulse saggered, squat and switch. Okay, Taylor, back to you. Give us one more of your favorite cuts of beef.
I would have to say picanha.
Oh, I've never heard of this. What is it?
Otherwise known as filet of sirloin.
Okay, filet. I know that word.
If you. Well, it's different type of filet.
Okay. 5, 4. Grab your other weight in 3, 2, 1. Sorry. 30 seconds. Goes fast. I keep having to cut you off. Taylor, you're good. One curl, one front raise. Okay, what's the word you said? Macania. What is that?
So it sits over the top of the sirloin cap.
Okay.
Relatively lean and it's like. I would say it's relatively similar.
Okay.
But that is can either be cut into steaks or roasted whole. It's a staple. Most popular cut in Brazil.
Four, three, two, two back rows, two lunges. Let's go. Here we go. Row, row. Well, I'm going to go to my butcher the next time and say, I would like a cut of Makania. But they don't get that very often. I'm all about fun facts. I love me some fun facts. If Fitness could have a cash cab, I would do that. I'd be like the fitness Cash Cab. Like, what muscle group are you working right now on the line is a cut of Makania. Is Makania expensive? Is that worth it?
Generally speaking, you're going to be looking at three less than one.
I missed it.
My bad eye.
Push up, push up. Here we go. One, push up. Hopping in Bear crawl. Walk it left, push up. Hop it in. Walk it right. Come on, guys. 30 seconds of push up. Bear crawl. Walk right into 30 seconds of dumbbell burpee with a shoulder press. Yes, you can say it. Buy in 10 seconds. Grab your weights, grab your weights. In 5, 4, 3, 2. Find them. Dumbbell burpee or squat press. Dumbbell burpee or squat press. Here we go. Up, up, Take it down. Step or jump back. Come on. You got 30 seconds of burpees with a press option. Squat curl press. Holy bananas. This is where it gets spicy, right, Karen? Karen said this is a holy bananas workout. Yes, it is, Karen. I am breathless just like you. For five, four, three, two. Weights are down. Holy bananas. That's when we say when it gets really tough. Holy bananas. I suppose for this workout we should say holy cow.
There we go.
For this workout we should probably say holy cow. Whoo. Holy bananas. And cows. Break for 30. Oh. We go up to six moves to get to the top of our pyramid. You got one more. I'm gonna hold that weight right here at your chest, right? Here you go. Right, left, crunch left, left, right, crunch right. You're always crunching on one of the sides. Okay. If you don't like that, it's just lateral squats for your finish. Who is ready to take it all the way to the top?
Do it.
Consecutive moves. That was a good clap. Three consecutive minutes of work. It's the hardest part of today's workout. Say yes, I can right now. Grab that weight. It's a two pulse squat with a switch. We climb that pyramid together. In three, two. Let's go. Pulse two, Switch. Pulse two. Come on. I know you're tired. You gotta keep good form. Chest up, eyes uploaded in those legs. Come on, use that glute. Front glute is working. Front glute is working. There we go. Switch. Come on. 30 seconds at a time. One rep at a time. Yes. You can feel that fire in those legs. Quads, top of the thighs. They should be on fire. Come on. You got five seconds. You grab that other weight. You go one hammer curl, one front raise. In three, two. Grab it. Let's go. Right here. Hammer curl, front raise, hammer curl. Heart rate is elevated. It is high. That's why I'm sticking with my 15s throughout this entire workout. I normally toggle between 15s and 20s in these endurance workouts. Drop the weights and go for the endurance. That heart rate, it is harder to lift heavier if your Body is struggling to get oxygen and blood to those muscle groups. Come on. Switching two rows in three, two. Here we go. Hinge two rows, two lunges option. Add the clean. Step back, right, step back, left, back to hinge. Hinge two rows. We also. You guys need to give Taylor a big shout out. He has lost over a hundred pounds in the last year. Can we just. Holy bananas. That for a minute. Like, Taylor, you said you've switched to a carnivore diet.
Yes.
Is that correct?
Correct.
That's amazing. We're going to switch moves and then we're going to talk about that. In three, two, one. Drop the weights. One, push up. One bear curl. I got. I'm gonna make you talk during push ups again. Push up, bear to the left. Step back, push up bear. What is the biggest difference in how you feel after losing £100?
So much more energy. No. Brain fog has kind of just disappeared.
That's amazing.
Less achy joints.
Whoo. What a testament to discipline and hard work. Come on. Five seconds. You grab those weights, we go burpee in three, two. Find it, find it. Come on. Here we go. Burpee press. You are working for that energy, right?
Yep.
Right here. Come on. Fitness produces endorphins. Endorphins make happen happy people. Happy people make better moms, better wives, better community members, better beef farmers. 10 seconds. 10 seconds. Dropping to one weight. Lateral squat in three, two. Holy bananas. One way at the chest. Take it wide. Hit right, hit right. Right, left. Crunch left, hit left. Right crunch. Right option. Just stay right here. Just hit side. Okay, Just side. Yeah, that's good. Option if you're with me. Crunch. Two, crunch. One, two. Ten seconds. Let's go. Finish right here. One minute. Break in five, four, three, two. You have earned it. Top of the pyramid, baby. Way to go, Taylor. Way to go, Ashley. One minute. I like it. Not often I get someone to tell me, good job. Thanks, Ashley. I'm dying. Okay, one minute of rest. Ashley, you've been with Minnesota Beef Council for about three years. Three years. Coolest thing you've learned about working with beef farmers and ranchers. I think everyone does it pretty unique how each one raises their cattle. But what I've noticed is that across all of them, they are raising them in a very humane, sustainable way. It's awesome to see. I love that. I feel like. And I've seen, like, research has shown, like, over the last six decades how much progressively better we've gotten at sustainability. Right. And all those things. Like, it's just we all get Better with age. We all get better with age. Shout out to my gray hair. Right? All right, now, fun part. We go back down this pyramid, but we go in reverse order. Team. Reverse order. You don't have to do that two pulse tiggered squat anymore. It's gone reverse order. We start with the lateral squats and then we finish with hammer curl, shoulder raise. So we go reverse order. You come into those lateral squats nice and fresh and go right into burpees. Nice and fresh. So option, grab that one weight. Have lateral squats. Feel more comfortable for you. Just stay here. Hit, hit, hit. If you're with me, you're gonna do two hits. Knee drive. Always alternating that knee drive. We go right from this. No, you haven't got to go down right from this into burpees. Five moves down this pyramid. Five moves, no more. Two pulse squats. That's good news. Okay, hit right, hit right. In three, two. Let's go. Hit right, hit left, drive left, hit left, hit right, hit, drive right again. These drives are just optional extra way to add a little core. If you want the challenge option, stick with those lateral squats. Whatever makes you feel comfortable and strong. Today, you choose that level. Nice work. Hit, hit, drive. You got 10 seconds here. Find that other weight. Dumbbell burpee, clean and press. Dumbbell burpee, clean and press. You are there in 5, 4, 3, 2. Find that other weight. Let's go there. Come on. Your option is squat curl, press. Squat curl, press is your option. Dumbbell burpee and press is the way to uplevel it. Come on. Let's go, team. And then from there, we drop the weights. We got one push up right into that bear crawl, lateral walk. Everyone knows push ups are harder when that heart rate is high. It's got to get spicy. Drop Those weights in 5, 4, 3, 2. Drop them. Push ups. Come on. Push up. Bear left. Push up, bear right. Push up, bear left. Nice. Awesome job, guys. Keep it going from here. You're up. You are up. Two back rows, two lunges. Ten seconds of holy bananas push ups. Come on, guys, stick in it. Last five, four, three, two. Find those weights. Two back rows, two lunges. Come on, team. Row, row. Clean. Step back right, step back left. We know someone's going to comment on this video saying, I love to see you guys struggle. I am in this with you. Ashley is in this with you. Taylor's in this with you. We do it together. Team, let's go. 10 seconds here. 10 seconds here. One hammer curl, one front raise, and you get a 30 second break in three, two. Let's go there. Come on. Hammer curl. This is where I need to alternate. Catch the breath. Anyone else seeing stars? Holy bananas. Endurance. Do your best. Forget the rest. We are here to push you. We are here to motivate you and encourage you. 10 seconds. And that water break is waiting for you. In 5, 4, 3, 2. Drop them. Water up. Holy bananas. We drop off. Hammer curl, front raise. All right, so now you are down. You're down to four moves. Four moves. Lateral squats. Dumbbell burpee push ups. Two back rows, two lunges. Four moves. Four moves. You can do it. Do you see the light at the end of the tunnel or not yet?
Still a little ways away.
Still a little ways away. I like it. Lateral squat option. Hit, hit, add the knee drive. Lateral squats option. Hit, hit, add the knee drive in three, two. Let's go. Hit right, hit left option. With that knee drive, hit left. Right knee drive is optional. Come on. Yes. 30 seconds per move. Four moves. Math is no good. But that means my math is no good. You got two minutes of work. Sounds hard. Break it down. Come on. Do your best. Forget the rest. Keep moving. Yes, you can. Come on. It's four. Three dumbbell burpees. And two and one. Grab your weights, let's go. Come on. Up. Your option, it's always squat curl, press, squat curl, press. It's a really great option. The goal is to just keep moving. Yes, you can. One rep at a time. Minnesota Beef is on set today. That means it's tough. Yes. Let's go. Five, four push ups. In three, two. Weights are off. Push ups are up. Whoo. Come on. Quick transition. Push up there left. Push up there right. Come on. Push up there left. Take it at your pace. Just keep moving. Yes, you can. One rep at a time. Ten more seconds of push ups. Today. You're up. Two back rows, two lunges in three, two. Let's go there. Holy bananas. Here we go. Finish it. Row, row, clean. Step back right, Step back left. Come on, team. Here we go. Row, row. Clean right. Driving through that front heel. Driving through that front heel. Always. Last time you do this move right here today. Last time you drop it off in five, four, three, two. You're out. Water up. Rest for 33 moves. Good news is this time we drop off push ups. Who's pumped about that? I am. I'm with you. What's your favorite exercise?
They're all equally hard.
All equally hard. Ashley. Favorite? Not in this workout, but I enjoy abs like ab workouts. Ab workouts. Okay, okay, sounds good. Right about now, lay on that mat and rip out some abs. But we got three moves. Come on, let's finish this together, guys. Lateral squats or lunges. In three, two. Hit right. Right, left, right, drive. Left, left, right, drive. Come on, come on. Yes you can. One rep at a time. One minute, 30 seconds of work. Right here. Come on. There's no bonus round in these workouts. Not in pyramid workouts. Give me all you got. Finish strong. Five, four burpees. In three, two. Find the weight, let's go. You can always drop the weights for burpees. You can always go squat curl press. It is your 30 seconds. What does that look like for you today? Woohoo. Let's go, team. Come on. Nice work. Stay strong. So stinking strong. 10 more seconds of burpees. 10 more seconds of burpees. And we finish push ups for the last time. In 3, 2, 1. Come on, finish push ups. Let's go. Push up there left. Push up there right. It's tough. So are you. Don't quit. Not yet. That 30 second break on the other side. What? It looked like If I said 10 more seconds. Stay with me. Five, four, three, two, break. You guys are troopers. Taylor, what do you think? Would you come back on set with us?
Maybe like another year. Make it a yearly thing.
You guys. Two moves. One minute of work. You're almost there. Two moves, we drop off burpees. This time everybody says hallelujah. Grab that one weight. Lateral squats. Come on, your time is up. Hit right. In 3, 2. Let's finish this thing. Right, left, crunch. Finish stronger than you started. Come on. Together as a team. Right here. Hit, hit, drive. Hit, hit, drive. Yes you can. Nice work, team. Come on. 10 more seconds. Transitioning the burpee and press. That's where we go. In 5, 4, 3, 2. Grab that other weight. Last time on the burpees. Let's do it. 30 seconds of burpees. Butterfly stretch. We are stretching. You are on the other side of what might be the hardest part of your day. I don't know. We always say around here, physical strength definitely builds that mental strength. Talk about mental strength. Losing £100, that's a lot of mental strength right there. Thanks. That's insane. All right. Okay. You touched on a lot of really great cuts. But now I'm a mom of three kids. Give me your favorite ground beef recipe because that's just a staple, right?
Well, my favorite is also my easiest. And it's probably my favorite because it's my easiest.
Okay.
I just brown a pound of ground beef.
Yep.
And I don't drain any of the fat off myself because I. Healthy fats and beef are good for you.
Okay. I like it.
Then I add four eggs.
Four eggs. Okay. I thought we're going somewhere. We did have someone at one point who just said, one of our farmers said, I just browned the beef and put ketchup on it. And I was like, I gotta get something more than that. So I like this. Okay. So four ground beef, four eggs, and.
Seasoning of your choice.
Place. Got it.
And then just cook it. And then I take other side.
Other side.
I crunch up some pork rinds.
Okay.
And Sounds like a bachelor cream and honey mustard. It is a very bachelor recipe.
That sounds very bachelor. This is for all the bachelors out there. We got ground beef, four eggs, sour cream, pork brinds.
Yep.
What am I missing?
And then honey mustard.
Honey must mustard. I. You. I. You had me at the ground beef and the four eggs. You lost me at the pork rinds.
Oh, they're delicious. Or sometimes too. I do some of those parmesan crackers crunched up, too.
Okay.
Either one of those just for some texture.
I like it.
Some crunch.
I could. I could go there. I like that. I like that. Let's sit up nice and tall and put your hands behind you. Fingertips are going to face your butt. Legs are going to be bent to 90 degrees. You're gonna go into a reverse tabletop. You're just gonna lift and open everything up. Open, open up that chest from all those push ups. Holy bananas. What a workout. Okay, Ashley, hit me with your favorite ground beef. You can set your butt back on the ground. My mom makes a really good meatballs with mashed potatoes and gravy. Ooh. I got in the oven in one of those cast. I know what you're talking about. Yeah, really good. My favorites. Or spaghetti. Or spaghetti. Spaghetti is always a win around here.
