Hi, I'm Lindsay Baumgren of Nourish Move Love and this is your 30 minute emom which is every minute on the minute. If you love new challenging workouts at home, you gotta hit subscribe to our YouTube channel. Alright, you guys, we are coming at you with what is. Is this the second emom we've ever done ever? Imam it means every minute on the minute. It's such a fun format and we are pumped for today's workout. I have the awesome Rachel with me. Hi. She's gonna be offering some modifications throughout today's workout. So you can choose to follow along with Rachel or myself. I all you're gonna need for this workout is dumbbells. We have anywhere from 10 to 20 pounds. Use whatever you have available to you. All you need are dumbbells and your body weight and this is gonna be a really fun emom workout if you've never done it. It's a full body workout. We are gonna break it into two circuits. Your first circuit is all about the lower body. Your second circuit is all about the arms. So we have a leg circuit and then we have an arm circuit. Maybe a little core burnout at the end, depending on how it goes. But it works like this. So every minute on the minute means you are performing an exercise for a certain number of reps. And okay, once you you're trying to get the number of reps in a minute. So if I say you got to do 15 reps, you're going to do 15 reps of squats and then you have the remainder of the minute to rest. So it's going to feel really easy at first, but it's going to build. The fire is going to build and it's going to be so much fun. Full body. Are you ready? Let's just jump in and get ourselves warmed up. Let's get ourselves warmed up. So we're going to start with a good old stretch. Big inhale, reach up. Exhale, baby back bend. Do it again. Reach up nice and tall and pull the elbows down towards the armpits. Take the arms down and just flap it out. Flap it out. I mean, I have to say I'm losing my voice. We are filming this workout. We just filmed another one. And my voice is slowly pittering. I hope it makes it through this whole workout. Let's go for a little pivot twist. Pivot twist. So if I sound like I have a frog in my throat, that is why. That is what happens when you get like five hours of sleep with six children just Kidding. Okay. Bring it back. No, I'm not kidding. I'm serious, actually. And we're gonna walk through the moves you're gonna do in today's workout. So let's just start with a squat. So just squat it out, down and up. And I should also mention, not only am I losing my voice, I'm four months post knee surgery. I'm a hot mess. And now I had knee surgery four months ago. So I'm gonna do my best with my lower body. I'm trying to squat as much as I can. Okay. I might be modifying some of the lower body exercises. You do your best. Forget the rest. You're here for four. Nice. Three and two and one. We're gonna do a staggered deadlift into a clean spot. So right leg forward, left toe popped. Pretend you have a dumbbell right here. You're going to deadlift and then feet come parallel, squat back to stagger, hinge and then drop the hips, squat so you're catching that weight at the top. And squat. Nice. Stagger, deadlift and squat. Awesome job. Do two more right here. And then let's switch those legs. Hinge and squat. Let's switch it out. Left leg forward, right toe back, dumbbell, right hand. Here we go. Deadlift and squat. Nice. So this is rep base. So you're going to go at your pace, your tempo. So but at any point in time, once we hit 50 seconds, I'm going to call the move. So if you're still doing reps, I want you have at least 10 seconds to rest between each rep or between each move. Nice. Two more. Two more. Deadlift and squat. Deadlift and squat. Nice. Let's just go for some step back lunges. So just alternate. Step back lunge, step back lunge. This is the most challenging move for me with my knee surgery. I'm just gonna do my best. You do your best. Nice work, team. Awesome. You can load up the weights as heavy as you want to go today. It's all about your pace, your tempo, your reps. Nice. Right here. Go. Four. Awesome. Go. Three. Nice. Two and one. Squat jacks. You ready? Let's add some energy. Tap down. Jack it or tap it. Jack it or tap it. Let's go. Go. 8, 7, 6. You got it. 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. Nice. Back of your space. Back. Let's walk out. Find a plank. You're going to walk it out. So you're going to hinge over, walk out, find that plank, give me a push up, walk it back in. Let's do that. Again. Nice work. Take it up to the top. Hinge over, walk it out. Hold that plank. Give me two push ups. Down, up. You're going to get plenty of push ups in today's workout. I'm not going to make you do a bunch right now. Go ahead. Step your right foot outside your right hand. Nice. Easy. Twist that. You feel really good. Nice work. Take some shoulder sweeps to the back for three, two, one. Switch it out. Left foot outside, left hand hand. Easy twist. Sweep it out. Sweep it for three, two, one. Set it down. One more push. Up, down. Drop down to all fours. Find a nice position here. Shoulder stacked over wrist. Take the right hand behind the head. Go ahead. Spinal rotation, little T, spine rotation. Nice. Sun is shining today. Life is good. You're about to crush a 30 minute at home workout. Nice. Two more. Two more. Open. Last one, last one. Nice. Little cat cow action in between. Drop the belly, lift the chin. Reverse it. Tuck the spine up towards the ceiling. Back to a neutral spine. Left hand behind the head. Little T, spine rotation. Other side. Nice work. Get nice and warm here. Preparing our body for the movements we're about to do. You got it. Nice. Two more, two more. Open. Last one, last one. Nice. Back to that plank position. Let's go for a slow burpee walk. And step the right foot, the left foot. Stand up. Take it down. Step back. Switch that leaf, but go left, then right. Nice. Switch my lead foot. Here we go. I would be lying if I said there weren't burpees today. There are burpees. But Rachel has an awesome option for you if you don't love burpees. Last one, last one. Nice work. Take it up. Let's go. One more move here that we're gonna do in today's workout. You're gonna hinge, row, clean, push. Just like you got the dumbbells. Row, clean, push. Nice. Hinge, row, clean, push. One more. Hinge, row, clean, push. You ready to do this thing? I'm ready. Let's go. Let's go. Grab your quick sip of water if you need it. We are pumped, and we are pumped to be here. We did legs and shoulders IMOM and it was loved. Tia said she loved the emom format. So, Tia, this workout is for you. Tia, if you love our emom format, you're going to love this one. Full body style. We're starting on the legs, okay? So I'm going to grab one weight dumbbell, my right hand. I'm going to front rack it. You could rack it at your side. And we'll go right hand. First you're going to do an uneven squat. Okay? So it's and up, down. You got 18 reps. That is move one. We're just gonna put the dumbbell in your right hand and then we'll be on the same side. Okay, There we go. Nice. And then from there gonna go right into a stagger deadlift. So we'll keep the dumbbell in our right hand, left leg forward. Here we go. You're gonna go sager deadlift into that clean squat we did. You're gonna do 12 of those. I'll walk you through it. You don't need to know. I'm just gonna show you all four moves. From there you're gonna go right into a reverse lunge. Step back, lunge, step back, lunge. You're gonna do 20 total, 10 per leg. And then finally you drop the weights and you go for that squat. Jack you. So the fire is going to build as we go through this workout. Are you ready, Rachel? Yes. Maybe. The answer is yes. The answer is yes. Take that dumbbell in your right hand. I'm going to rack it here. Rachel's going to rack it at her side. We have 18 squats. Okay. We're going to try to stick together, but you can go at your pace. As soon as you finish your 18, you drop the weight and you rest for the remainder of the minute. OK? That one minute timer is starting in three, two. Let's go. So it's down and up. That's one. Nice. You're going for 18. Your pace, your tempo. Okay? You want to fin around that before that 45 second mark to give yourself a solid 15 seconds of rest between each move. Okay? Nice work right there. We are at 10. We have eight more. Let's go. Eight. Nice. Seven. Awesome job, rage. Six. Nice work. Last five. Four and three. Two. Nice. We're nice and fresh. One. Awesome. We're gonna get about 27 seconds to rest here. Keep going, finish your reps, work through it. I'm gonna go a little bit heavier. We're gonna go right inside. Stagger, deadlift. Got about 20 seconds here on the clock to rest. Okay, Keep working through your reps if you need to. Left foot forward, right toe popped. Is that staggered deadlift? Feet come parallel into a clean squat. You have 12 of these, 12 of these. Okay, if you're not done, take a break. We go. Next move. Next move. In four, in three, in two. Let's go. Dig your deadlift. Clean squat. We have 12 of these. Nice. 12 of these again. You get to count your reps. So if you want to go heav slower, you do that. Okay? The goal is to get through the reps and give yourself an ample amount of rest time, though. Okay? Nice work. Going one heavy weight here. Hinge feet come parallel on the squat hip hinge. Clean it up and squat. Nice work. Nice. It's a big compound movement. You're not going to get through as many reps. That's why we've got 12 of them. Nice work. You're on nine. Three more. Come on, finish it. Nice work. Two more. Nice. One more. One more down. Nice. That is our 12. Okay, I'm gonna go back to one dumbbell. You could rack this with two step back lunges. A very challenging move for me with my knee. Nice work. You have 10 seconds left. Everybody breaks. Enjoy the 10 seconds. Step back lunges. 20 total. 10 per leg. We'll step back right leg. Step back, right leg. In three into. Let's go. One. We have 20 total. Nice. Your pace, your tempo. Nice. Awesome job. Chest up, Eyes up again. You can take two weights, one in each hand. I'm just switching my weight right here between my hands because that's what I can do with my knee and where I'm at today. You go where you're at today. We're halfway, guys. Come on. Nice work. Oh, use those legs. Use those legs. This is all about the lower body in the first segment. Five more. You got five. Nice. Four. Awesome. Three and two and one. Nice work. Weights are down. Or keep working through your reps. Work through your reps. Squat jacks, that's what's coming. You have 30 squat jacks. Rachel's gonna give you a tap, okay? Everybody breaks right now. You got 10 seconds. 10 second transition. 30 squat jacks. Tap that floor each time. 30 of them. Yes. We go in three, two. So the heart rate goes high. Let's go. Come on. One. Come on. Two. And you want to make sure you get some rest time here, because we are going right back into those uneven squats after this. Okay? Come on. Come on. Push yourself. Give yourself that rest time. You got to work for it. You got to earn it. Nice. We're at 20. 10 more. Let's go. Go. 10, nine. Come on. Seven. Stay with it. Six. Five, four, three, two, one. Stay with it. 5. Come on. 4. 3, 2, 1. Oh. Holy bananas. This is a true NML. Oh, throwing the water ball. Throwing a true, like, NML burnout. 10 seconds of rest. I feel like the more we die, the more you guys like, right? So this should be. This should be good. This should be good for everybody. I'm Brad. 12 of them in three, two. This is it. This is it. This is it. Come on. The more we die, the more you tend to like our workouts, don't we measure it? Rachel, what do you give this on the banana scale? I'm. I'm so sweaty. I'm gonna say 4.5. Rachel gives it a 4, but I give it a 4. A 4? Yeah. Do you remember? You are reminding me right now. Do you remember when you did a five minute burpee challenge? I was literally thinking that in my head. I was like, you did this for five minutes. You can do 12 reps. Come on. That was an old video. We can find it if you guys want to see it. 2 and 1 and go. Good job, Liz. Holy bananas. Finish them. You got 20 seconds. You got 20 seconds. There we go. Emom. 10 seconds. Everybody breaks. You're done. One minute move. I'm gonna take my heavy weights out and put them here so I can get my toes underneath them. Okay? One weight at your chest. It's totally optional. It's a weighted sit up. Sit ups don't feel good for you. Follow Rachel. She's got toe taps. Okay, here we go. You are gonna give me one minute of weighted sit ups. You can count your reps if you want to. So when you come back to this, you can try and beat yourself. It's all about beating yourself, right? We get better, we get stronger. Alright, so weighted sit up and it's one minute. It looks like this. I'm going magic like this so I don't cheat. There we go. That dumbbells gotta stay tight across the chest. Okay, we go in three, two. Let's go. Just one minute. One minute of you versus you right here. You can go with me on the weighted sit up. You can go with Rachel right there on the toe taps. It's work team. Man, this is tough stuff. One of those workouts where I'm like, I don't have all of that. Do this again. I'm just kidding. I gotta be feeling really tough. You guys love hard workouts and we love that about it. So I know you're gonna love this workout. Come on. I gotta lose the weight. It's too hard. Come on. Come on. Yes, you can. Yes. What would it look like if I said 14 seconds? Cause I'm watching that timer like a mad woman. Come on. 10, 9, 8. You got this. 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. Just proud of you, Rachel. I'm proud of me. I'm proud of us. You guys crushed that. Exhale. Take it down. Do it again because it feels good. Inhale, reach up. Right wrist or grip. Right hand grabs left wrist up and over to the right side. Feel good about your heart rate. Take it all the way down, around. It's like, I'm done. I'm out. No more stretch. Up and over. Other side. All the way down, around. Nice. Just take those arms down. Flap it out. Take the hands behind the back. Interlace the fingers. Big chest expansion. Okay. Knuckles pull away from the tailbone. Think about spreading those chest muscles apart. All those push ups you did today. What is 18 times 3? My math is no good. I have a kindergartener. He's always asking me. He's like, what's 100 times two? I'm like, well, I can do that. 218 times three, not so much. 60 minus six, right? 54. Is that right? Oh, no. 54 push ups. Not our strong point shooting. 54 push ups today. Good for you. Big inhale, reach up. Exhale. Drop down to the bottom of a nice low squat. See that? I'm still working on that post knee surgery. It's awesome. Here we go. Take it down to a quadrich position. Nice work. Let's just go. Kick your right leg out, right arm up to the ceiling, and thread the needle, right ear, right shoulder to mat. Nice. Inner thigh stretch. Nice shoulder stretch. You absolutely earned it in today's workout. I take that back. You know, it's always like when you're in it. I'm like, I don't know if I'll do this workout again now that I'm on the other side. I'm like, that was really fun. That was fun. That was really fun. I would definitely do that again. I would definitely do it again now that I'm on the other side. Left arm up. Thread the needle, ear and shoulder to mat. Kick it out. Just enjoy the stretch. You earned it. Nice work. Bring it back to center, you guys. Awesome job. From here, Cat, cow. Drop the belly, lift up the chin and reverse it. Nice. Find a nice neutral spine and take a puppy dog stretch. Arms are going to walk away from the body. Hips are going to stay high. Think about dropping your armpits down towards the mat. This should just feel really good. Big inhale, big exhale. Let it all out. Walk it back in. Nice work. Pop up and back to a down dog. Tuck the toes under. Shake it out. Walk your hands back to meet your feet. Nice forward fold. Let it all hang heavy. Bend the knees roll up one vertebrae at a time. Two big shoulder sweeps at the top. Nice work Rachel. In the books. You guys are awesome. Come back for more workouts@nursewithlove.com have a great day.
