Hi, I'm Lindsey Baumgren of Nourish Move Love, and this is your 45 minute bar boxing workout. That's right. We're pairing traditional barre exercises, your pulsing plies and lunges with high, intense cardio kickboxing intervals to keep your heart rate high. You can keep this workout high impact or low impact. I'll give you options for both. And all you need is an optional light set of hand weights. I have five pounds and three pound dumbbells with me. I'll start with the fives, drop down to the threes. This is a perfect workout to also do with just your body weight. Or grab some water bottles, whatever you have on hand, because we're gonna be knocking it out. So you don't need heavy weights. It's high reps, low weights. Okay, you guys. And you're gonna keep that heart rate high. As you can see, I have bar socks on. You can do this barefoot. You can add shoes, whatever is comfortable for you in your living room, at home or wherever you are. Let's knock out this 45 minute workout together.
