In this five‑minute, equipment‑free workout, the instructor (Speaker A) leads viewers through a rapid circuit of five body‑weight movements—squats, push‑ups, alternating lunges, jab‑jack combos, and lateral lunges—each performed for roughly 50 seconds with 10‑second rests. Throughout the session, the instructor offers scaling options: low‑impact alternatives (provided by Rachel) for beginners or joint‑friendly modifications, and high‑impact progressions (squat jumps, burpees, lunge jumps, skaters) for those seeking greater intensity. The video follows a consistent structure: a brief intro, timed work‑rest intervals, cueing on form (e.g., knee tracking, chest lead), optional intensity spikes at the 30‑second mark, and a quick cool‑down finish. Motivational language encourages viewers to “do what you can” and emphasizes the benefits of short, consistent activity. The session ends with a call‑to‑action to subscribe and explore related short‑duration workouts.

This is my go to quick and effective 5 minute workout when I'm lacking motivation, no equipment needed, no repeats in just five minutes. So let's jump in. All right, team, it is quick and dirty today. Five minutes. You're gonna have the option to keep it where it's at or scale this workout up if you want something a little bit more intense. I have five basic bodyweight moves we're gonna do today. I'm gonna show you the option how you can make them a little bit harder. Around the 32nd mark, Rachel will give you low impact options. We're going to jump in, no warm up, no cool down. It's five minutes and we're taking you right through it. We're going to go squats, push ups, lunges and some jabs in there as well. You ready to knock this out? Let's do it. Let's knock it out. We're starting with squats. You're doing each exercise for around 50 seconds total 10 second rest. And Rachel's going to show you how you can keep it low impact. I'm going to show you at that 32nd mark how you can take each exercise up a notch if you really want to increase the intensity and make the next five minutes just killer. Let's do it. Squats in three, two. Let's go. So you're squatting it out right here. You can stay here for all 50 seconds. It's a classic body weight. Squat knees are going to track towards your outer three toes. You're going to push the ground away and that's how you're going to stand up. You can get a nice range of motion, nice and deep. Option to stay here with this squat, okay. Option the last 20 seconds, you can go high impact with me and take it to a squat jump. Rachel's going to give you a squat and reach. That means in five seconds you transition to a squat jump. In three, two and one. Option to take it up a notch. Squat jumps for the last 20. Woo. Come on, come on. It's only five minutes. Give me your best effort right here. Final 10 seconds. Right here. 10, 9, 8. You got this. 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and recover for 10. I'm going down to the mat for push ups. Rachel's gonna give you a standing option. If you have a towel, grab that. You can give me a press out push ups in 3, 2. Let's go. So push ups, lead with that chest. Push the ground away. You can always take these down to kneeling push ups on your knees. You can always take it up to an incline, placing your hands on a chair or bench, giving me push ups right here. Down, up, or a standing tall press out. You're gonna have the option to stay here with push ups. Or in 10 seconds, you can transition to burpees for the last 20 seconds. You're there in three, two, and one. So I'm gonna go all the way down. Jumper, step up, jump at the top. Here we go. 20 seconds of burpees. 20 seconds of burpees. You got this, team. Yes, you can. Five minute workout means you're pushing yourself today. Doesn't mean it's easy. Make it count for 4. 3, 2, and rest for 10. Nice work. Setback lunges, step back. Lunges. Alternating lunges. In three, two, let's go. Lunge, lunge, option. You know the drill. You're catching on. You can stay here, you can stick with lunges, or the last 20 seconds, you can take it up to a lunge jump with me, or you can go knee slams and switch with Rachel. Knee slam, switch. That's where you're gonna go if you want to take it up a notch. We go there in 5, 4, 3, 2. Option lunge jumps. 20 seconds. Switch, switch, switch, switch. You can do anything for 20 seconds. Yes, you can. Come on, push it. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2. And recover jabs, then you're in here. It's going to jab it out. Jab it out. 3, 2. Let's go, let's go. Knock it out. Jab it out. We hear all the time. We're like, I have no time to work out. I'm in a busy season. Like, here you go. You will always hear me say 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes. Greater than 0 minutes. Do what you can. Do your best. Forget the rest option. Stay here with these jabs. Option in 10 seconds, two jabs, two jacks. Two jabs, two jacks. You go there in three, two. It looks like this. Jab, jab, Jack, Jack. Jab. Jab, Jack, Jack. Jab, jab. Knock it out. Come on, it's five minutes. All you got right here. Leave it on the mat today. Jack, Jack, jab. Jab, Jack, Jack. Almost there. Final five, four, three, two. Recover last move. Lateral lunges. Hit right and hit left in 3, 2. Let's go. Move side to side. Hit right, then hit left side to side. Option A, you're going to stick with these lateral lunges. Option B, you're going to take it to a skater or a lateral push for the last 20 seconds. And that's it, guys. This is your final move of this workout. Five minutes quick and dirty. Got some steps in. Raise that heart rate. Raise those endorphins. We all feel better for it. Option to go to skaters in 3, 2. Stick with that lateral move. Just add some power. Power. Add some power right here. You got this, team. Push, push. What would it look like if I said 10, nine? You're done with this workout. Yes, you can. In five, five, four, three, two, one. Awesome job. Way to go. Way to go. Rage. Five minutes. So quick, so effective. Thanks for showing up. We hope you come back and do it again.
