Hi, I'm Lindsey Baumgren of Nourish Me With Love and this is your five minute walking workout. If you love quick and effective at home workouts, hit subscribe to my YouTube channel. Alright, you guys, Rach, we can just start. Let's just start. We're gonna just start walking in place because I'm gonna promise you that you are gonna get over 500 steps in five minutes. Alright? I just created this workout honestly because majority of my job is actually sitting at a desk all day. And so if you just need a quick desk break, a quick walk break, a quick, a quick way to just boost your energy outside of another cup of coffee. You're gonna do this five minute walking workout. You're gonna get 500 steps on your step counter. You're gonna feel energized and ready to tackle the day. I love it. You ready? Yeah. Let's do it. We're just gonna start that timer. Here we go. You're just walking in place. Just walk in place. You can make it as big or small as you want. This workout is all about you. We're gonna take it to a step touch in three, two, step, touch. So you just go touch, touch, touch, touch. Now Rachel and I are kind of energizer bunnies so we can move fast. The beauty of this workout, you take these steps at your pace, your tempo. Step, touch, step, touch. We're getting you used to this side to side movement. We're going to take this side to side movement a little bigger. We're going to go three lateral hivements into a hold. We're going to start slow, then we'll take it fast. We're going to go there in three, two, one. Giant step. Right you go. Chop, chop, drive. Chop, chop, drive. Chop, chop, drive. Duck, duck, up. Chop, chop. Hold. Chop, chop, hold. Chop, chop, Hold. Now you can stay right here at this tempo or you can pick it up in three, two, one. Pick it up. Chop, chop, drive. Chop, chop, drive. Chop, chop, drive. Chop, chop, drive. Nice. Add those arms. Pump, pump, hold, pump, pump, hold. Nice work. Yes, team. There it is. Yes. You feel that heart rate starting to rise. Come on. Right here. Finish. 5, 4. Back to walk in place. In 2, 1. Walk it out, walk it out. There we go. How are we feeling? Nice work. That heart rate's rising. Back two, step, touch, touch, touch, touch, touch. I want you to take this to the back of your space. We're going to move. We went side to side. Now we go front to back, step touch. Up four, four. Back four. In three, two, one. Take it up, two, three, four. Take it back. Two, three, four. Take it up, 2, 3, 4. It's like a fun dance move. You'll never see me dance on a workout video. This is probably the closest I'll ever get. Option A, you're gonna stay right here or up or back. Option B, when you hit the back, you add four jacks. Right here, you add four jacks. One, two, three, four. Take it up. Two, three, four. Take it back. Two, three. Add those jacks. Add them. 1, 2, 3, 4. This is why I don't dance. I have no rhythm. I can't keep it. 2, 3, 4. Jack, 2, 3, 4. One more time. 2, 3, 4. Take it back. 2, 3. Hold those jacks. Hold them, hold them. Come back to the middle. Come back to the middle. Jack, jack, jack, jack. Eight, seven, six. Back to walk in place in four, three, two. Walk it, walk in place. Here we go. Nice work. All right, we're gonna get tricky. You take your hand to your knee, then your elbow to your knee. Go. Hand, elbow, hand, elbow. You're gonna do two on the right, two on the left. Left hand, right knee. In three, two. Let's go. Take it. Hand, elbow, hand, elbow. Hand, elbow. Crunch, crunch. Hand elbow option. Stay right here. Nice and slow. Option B, you're going to pick it up in three, two. Let's go. Let's go up. Hand, elbow, hand, elbow. You can add a little hop, hop, hop, hop. There it is. Hop, hop. Hand, elbow, hand, elbow. Take it. Hand, elbow. Nice work. 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 2. It's like a fun dance move, right? Doesn't even feel like a workout. Just feels fun. Come on. You got four. Nice. You got three. Yes. Back to a walk in place. Last one. Walk it out, walk it out. That's like a brain break too, right? Right. It's like, you know, break dancing is an Olympic sport now. You're officially Olympian. Sign Lindsay up. There we go. Sign me up, sign me up. All right, back to those lateral Heismans. This time, add a crunch. Take it. Chop, chop, crunch. Chop, chop, Crunch. Chop, chop, crunch. Chop, chop, crunch. Chop, chop, crunch. Chop, chop, crunch. There it is. Up, up. 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2. Walk it out, walk it out. Ready? We're gonna run, run, run, run. Double bounce, double bounce, double bounce, double bounce. Run it, run it, run it. Here for four singles in three. Nice. Two. Single, single, single, single, single run. Pump your arms. Yes. Right here. Woo. Bring it home. You're in the final 10. Run it out. This is it, this is it. You got five, four, three, two, one. Five minute timer. Ding, ding, ding. We did it. Was that a fun five minutes? Now you can go back to work, back to whatever you were doing. You feel good all sweaty. Got that energy up. Endorphins make happy people. Happy people make other happy people. Thanks for sweating with us. You guys have a great day. Way to go, team. The official count is in.
