Alright, guys, we're jumping right in. We have 10 standing ab exercises. You're only going to do each exercise once. It's no repeats. 45 seconds on, 15 seconds of transition between moves. And I have the awesome Rachel with me. Hi. We're going to crank out this standing ab workout. If you need modifications, follow along with Rachel. Let's jump in. We're getting right into it, you guys. It's 10 minutes and it's all standing. So let's do it. Your first move is just going to be front kicks. You're going to go opposite hand, opposite toe. Rachel's going to give you knees instead of toes. And we go for 45 seconds. In three, two. Let's go, let's go. Opposite hand, opposite toe. Nice. Nice little hamstring stretch to start off too. Good move to start with, right? I like this one. Good warm up move. Really think about engaging those lower abs as you pull that hand to toe. Nice work. 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. We're just gonna crank these moves and some of them are new standing ab exercises I even haven't seen in other workouts. So I'm excited to do them. It's a good mix up. Good to mix it up. Always good to mix it up. Good to keep us moving. 10 minutes. You can do it as a standalone or add it on. Nice. You got 10 seconds here. 10 seconds here. You got it. Boom and boom for five, four, three, two and one. Rest for 15 second. We're going to start standing on your right leg. Your left foot is going to come here. You're going to give me a knee crunch and then a little internal rotation. Center kick back out. Okay? You always grab something if you need to. We go in three, two. Let's go. So pull the left knee up. Internal rotate, center kick, back out. This is slow and controlled pull up, internal rotation with a little twist. Nice. Here. Little torso twist. As you pull that knee, think about pulling this knee to this hip. Nice. Woo. Find that balance. A balance challenge too. I can't talk and balance. Soft bend in that standing leg if you need to. You could always grab a countertop. Okay, nice. Kick out, pull in, twist. Awesome. Right here. Slow and controlled twist. Center kick out, pull in, twist. Nice work. You're gonna give me one more and you're out. Twist. You're done. Walk it off. Rest for 15. Shake out those legs. Same thing. Other side. Standing on the left leg, right leg. This time is going to pull in, get a nice balance. Ground down through this heel. Soft bend in your standing leg. All right, here we go. In three, two. Let's go. So pull up internal. Rotate center. Take it out. Pull up internal. Rotate. Nice. That knee is rotating internally. Knee to hip as I twist this way. Right here. Twist. There it is. Kick it out. One leg. Feel easier for you, Rachel? Absolutely. Yeah. I'm struggling right now. You gotta find that focal point on the ground. Right. Get out. Pull it in. Rotate center. Get out. Pull it in. Rotate. Nice work, team. Awesome work. Woo. There's that balance challenge. Come on. Yes, you can. Awesome work. Finish it right here. Final five. Four, three, two, and you're out. Walk it up, walk it up. All right, this is a fun one. You're gonna give me squat. Right hand goes to left toe. Come up. Left elbow, right knee, squat, tap, crunch. Okay, you're crunching on the opposite side. So right hand, left toe. In three, two. Let's go. Right hand, left toe, stand up. Crunch this way. Nice. So I'm tapping down left and I'm crunching right. Tap down left, crunch right. Crossing that midline both ways, activating that core, transitioning the load into that one leg. You got it. It's a new one. I like this. Probably my favorite move. I think, in this workout. This keeps your mind busy too. Yeah, absolutely. Nice work. Awesome work. They're all timed intervals, so you take this at your pace, tap down and crunch. Nice. 10 seconds here. You got it. And crunch. Nice work. 5, 4, 3, 2. You're out. Nice work. We're gonna stay standing on this left leg. We're gonna bring this right leg out to the side. We're gonna go for a nice oblique crunch right there. Crunch right there. Okay, Again. If you need a countertop, grab on. We go in three, two. Let's go, let's go. Crunch and reach. Crunch and reach. You can tap or float. Again. Sometimes we go through these moves and you just want to crank them out. Sometimes going slower is harder. Can you crunch and hold? Release. Hold at the top for a second. Squeeze right there. Nice. Stop bending this standing leg. Squeeze at the top. There we go. Squeeze. Awesome. This reminds me of some of your, like, bar workouts, you know? Very bar inspired. Very bar inspired. Nice work. Ten seconds here. Pull. You got it. I like to place my hands right on the muscles that are working. 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1. Awesome job. Same thing. Other side. We're gonna go for that squat this time. Left hand taps right toe. And then we crunch on the left. Left hand taps right toe. Crunch on the left. That's where we go in three, two. Let's go. Tap right, crunch left. Tap right, crunch left. Nice. Tap, crunch. You got it. Tap and crunch. There it is again. Crossing that midline on both sides. Nice work, team. Tap and crunch. Nice. Definitely keeping the mind busy on this one. Elegant. It's like a little tiny bit of cardio, too. It feels like it's just a big move. Right? Right. Like we said, you could totally make this a 10 minute standalone workout. We always say when you're short on time, 10 minutes is better than zero minutes. You just do your best. This is an awesome workout you can do alone. You can add it on to another workout. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Nice. Oblique crunches. Other side, guys. Oblique crunches. Soft bend right here in this right leg. Left leg is going to crunch and tap or float. All right? Hopefully crunches. Really hold at the top for a second. We go in three, two. Let's go. Let's go. Crunch. Nice. Right here. Move. Seven of ten. Find that balance feels harder for me for some reason. Pull. Nice work. Squeeze the top. Squeeze those obliques, those side abs. Nice work, team. Slow and controlled. You got it. You got it. Halfway. Come on. 20 seconds left. Pull it in. Crunch it. Squeeze it. Stay with it. Nice work. Boom. Nice. Yes. Stay with me. Right here. Final five, four, three, two, and one. Nice. We're gonna go to a Warrior 3. Let's stay standing on that right foot. Left foot can tap behind you or you can float a full kick out into a knee scoop. Full kick out into a knee scoop. That's where you go. Soft bend in this standing right leg. In three, two. Let's go. So kick out or tap back? Knee scoop. Think about hollowing up through that core. Rounding out. Knee scoop. Kick out, knee scoop. Kick out, knee scoop. Rachel's tapping back. Still scooping through that knee, making a nice C shape with the spines. Hooping that knee in. Nice hoop. You got it. Really feeling that glutes and that standing leg activate too. Well, it glutes are part of your core, right? Absolutely. We got pelvis to shoulders. All part of our core. 10 seconds here. Squeeze. Nice work. 5, 4, 3, 2. You're out. Nice work. Same thing. Other side. You go for those tap backs or knee scoops. Soft bend right here in this standing leg. Tap back and then scoop that knee in. Ready, Rach? Two moves left, two moves, two moves we go in three, two. Let's go. Floater, tap, then scoop. Draw it in. Floater, tap. Nice. Scoop that knee in. Floater, tap, scoop also very bar esque. Very. There's that balance and a little like if you went faster, this would be like kickboxing. I feel like, you know, like a knee drive. Right? Knee slam. Right. If you want a little bit more cardio today, you can always go for that knee slam. You could pick up the intensity. We're going a little bit slower, more controlled today. Boom. Nice work. Let us know. Do you like standing core or do you like core on the mat? Which one do you gravitate towards more or do you want to see more of? Nice work. You're in the final. 5, 4, 3, 2. You're out. I struggle with balance at the end. All right, last move. It's a squat and crunch, but you're going to give me a double crunch. Hands go behind the head. Squat two on the right. Squat two on the left. We're going to pick up that heart rate a little bit for you right now. Finish it out. Three, two. Let's go, let's go. Squat two on the right. Crunch, crunch. Back to squat. Squat two on the left. Crunch, crunch. Nice work. Squat. Double it up, double it up. Squat. Boom. Boom. Nice work. Down, up. Hit it there. Nice work. Nice work. Come on. Finish this 10 minute standing abs nice and strong right here. You got it. Squat. Crunch it nice. Down drive. Pull, Pull. Come on. Ten seconds. Yes. Pull, pull. Nice work. Last five. Four, three, two, one. More crunch. Boom. Knocked it out. Way to go, Rach. Awesome job to you at home. High fives. Nice work, and we'll see you back here for another workout soon.
