In this YouTube tutorial Lindsey Bomgren, presenting as "Lindsey with nurse Movelove," leads a low‑impact barre‑style lower‑body workout aimed at lifting and shaping the buttocks and thighs. She explains that the routine consists of a series of single‑leg exercises performed for 20 repetitions per leg, moving through a sequence that includes a 90/90 lunge position, pulsing lunges, tuck releases, and other barre movements. Lindsey provides real‑time form cues—such as keeping the left foot forward, arms raised with biceps by the ears, and maintaining a controlled pulse—to ensure proper technique and muscle engagement. The video is structured to guide viewers through the right‑leg set before repeating the same sequence on the left leg, offering a concise, at‑home workout for those seeking a gentle yet effective butt lift.
Yeah, this the one right here. Silly me, silly me, ay Referring back to my old ways them got to be in control days Jump for a pray yo, I'm headed up the doorway But I want your way Yahweh Hi.
This is Lindsey with nurse Movelove, and I am here with a bar booty workout for you. Who doesn't want a butt lift? Okay, A low impact way to get a butt lift, you guys. Bar is one of my favorite ways to work out. So we're gonna jump right in. You're gonna do 20 reps per exercise on each leg. So you'll go through this all on the right leg and then repeat it on the left leg. Okay? So I have my left foot forward, right leg back. We're just getting right into that 90, 90 lunge position. Arms up, biceps by ears, curtsy or I'm sorry, crep and lunge. Just pulsing down right here. Pulses 20 pulses down and down for 20 reps. Okay? And then we're gonna bring it to a tuck release. So I'm gonna hold it nice and low and I'm gonna tuck release.
You guys.
This is a tiny, tiny movement. Curling those, squeezing the split, hamstring, curl, release, curl, release. Okay, this is an awesome one, you guys. 20 of these reps, okay? Right here, you're gonna take it. Find that chair, lunge, straight leg lift. Lunge and lift. What's important here, I keep this right or this hip square to ground, okay? Lunge and lift right here for 20 reps. And then once I hit that 20, I'm gonna hold it here in a flat back position. Okay? Flat back, hip square to the ground. Lift it up, lift and let's. Keeping a micro. Be this standing leg, uplifting, toe pointed, 20 repetitions right here. Okay? From here, I flex the foot and I do a hamstring curl, curl, extend, bend, extend. This is a concentrated move, you guys. It's slow and controlled. Really use that hamstring. Think about the muscles you're working. Curl and then I'm going to hold that curl. After 20 reps, I'm going to stamp it up, boot stamp, up and up. You're going to feel this one in the booty. This is a major booty lift. Stamp it up for 20 reps. Awesome job, you guys. Okay, from here, I bring it to a straight leg curl. So my leg goes straight. I tap it off to the side, lift up to a 45 degree angle. Tap and lift, tap and lift. Really working. All heads that glute, you guys. Tap and lift for 20 reps, and then I step it into the chair. Attitude derivative. Micro bend in that standing leg. Leg comes behind me like it's wrapped around a tree stump. Lift and lift. Tiny lifts right here. Really squeeze those lips with. 20 reps right here. Okay? And then we're gonna go to this curtsy in front and behind. So I bring my leg in front of me, I do a curtsy, behind, curtsy lift, in front, lift, behind, lift. You're almost there. You're doing 20 reps of these. And then we're going to finish it up by facing right here, finding a nice wide spot. Heels slightly in, toes up, arms at the side. Squat, lunge, squat lunge. Arms, follow the knees. Lunge. Core stays tight right here. Staying low in the legs the whole time, you guys. Okay, Legs up. Fire. Mine are. Now we've gone through that entire sequence on one leg. You're going to switch and do the entire other leg. Okay? So going through this workout once on each leg, you can repeat it if you want. It's a good one. Your heart rate's still gonna get up even though it's low impact. Have a great workout, you guys.
