Let's make some carnitas. A fun fact. Pork butt is actually a pork shoulder. Why they call it a pork butt? We're doing a big piece of meat. It requires a ton of seasoning. So we're gonna season this bad boy up and let it sit covered in the fridge. I'm gonna prep the onion and garlic, which will go on top of the pork in the crock pot. I'm gonna start crying now. Not because people are making fun of me for the way I chop, but because officially, in the crock pot with onions and the garlic that I pre chopped, now, it's gonna hang out for the day while we work, and we'll come home to carnitas. Oh, they're just falling apart. It's so great. Oh, look at that. They just literally are shredding apart. Oh, my goodness, you guys, this is so good. So juicy.
