Just supposed to put it around areas where you have uneven skin. And I do it under my eyes to get rid of kind of like my dark circles. And this brush comes with this set. Actually I've never had a makeup brush so this is new for me too. Probably one of my favorite products. It's the blush, but it goes on so smooth and creamy. Give it a little blend. You could use the brush. I guess I just always use my fingers. These little bad boys are just magic. I have really thin brows, so I love that little sneeze for you. It does come with a lip. All done.
