Making myself an amazing Caesar salad because I've just been on a Caesar kick lately. But I shared this last week and people asked, can you share it again for this week? So I'm currently doing my Max 20 Signature Workout Program. It's my new summer strength program, 20 minutes a day, max impact. I'm gonna walk you through exactly how I would do week 2. This is not the best way to cut cherry tomatoes, by the way. But if I was gonna do week 2, here's exactly what I do. So day 1 is legs and chest in week 2. Love this combination. I'm gonna do legs and chest, and then I'm either gonna add on treadmill sprint intervals, or I'm gonna do the 10-minute burnout HIIT finisher that goes with it. You have access to it for free on YouTube if you wanna do the 10-minute HIIT burnout too. And then day 2 is back and arms. Love this, and I love— I'm a pull-up girly. I have a goal of doing 50 pull-ups 2 times a week, so I'm gonna add on pull-ups to this workout to hit my goal of 50 reps of pull-ups during this workout. I'm also going to get outside for 10,000 steps during this— after this workout, because you don't get enough steps on arms day, uh, just doing the workout alone. So I'm gonna do that. And then day 3 of this week is legs and glutes. Love this workout, and I especially love the mini band buy-in. And there's a burnout that's 10 minutes— it's a 10-minute mini band burnout that's exclusively available in the Animal app, but probably worth purchasing the Animal app alone for because that 10-minute burnout is fire, and I add it to almost every leg day. Okay, and then day 4 this week is core and abs. This is my favorite core and abs workout from the Max20 program, specifically because it hits all of my weak spots, which are your hips, your adductors, abductors, specifically my adductors, inner thighs, weakest spot for me. I love day 9, it trains that. You're going to want to do this workout, it's a great active recovery day too. Trains your core, trains your hips, definitely love this workout. If I have time, I'll also add on a 1 to 3 mile run this day because I just like getting outside for a run for my mental health. And then the final workout is a full body finisher, Full Body Friday. Love a good Full Body Friday, I'm gonna do that. And there's a 10-minute abs and mobility burnout that goes with this Um, my favorite burnout from the program, also available only in the NML app. I do this as a warm-up or a burnout almost weekly, so love that one. So exactly how I'm tackling it: legs and chest, I'm gonna do that and I'm gonna do sprints or add on the 10-minute HIIT. Back and arms, I'm gonna do that plus 50-minute or plus 50 reps of pull-ups total. Legs and glutes plus the 10-minute mini band burnout for legs. Core and abs plus probably a 1 to 3 mile run outside that day if I can. And then full body finisher with abs and mobility. Exactly how I'm tackling this week. Comment plan and I'll send you this exact workout plan so you can download it with links to the daily workouts.
