I love this question because we get it all the time. How long does it take to see weight come off postpartum? I'm 10 months postpartum. And this just like obviously varies from person to person, but I think in our minds we all have like, you start to feel a little bit more normal. Maybe around six months postpartum, you're starting to get a little bit more sleep, you've transitioned back to work. But like, that's just not realistic. Honestly, for me personally, it always took me like 14, 15, 16 months. I would say two years is actually when I felt like I had my body back, which was usually when I was pregnant again. So two years. But really it just takes time. So much more time than you think. And that's why each pregnancy or postpartum experience in my opinion got progressively easier because the expectation is just it's gonna take time.
