Lindsey attempts a high-intensity home workout move and immediately struggles. She counts down, jokes about failing, and keeps pushing through anyway with self-deprecating humor and a motivational edge.

Who wrote this workout? Lindsey. Sometimes I stop and I think, what happens if I truly can't make it through? Like, what happens? Do we just hit cut? We only gotta do each side once. Praise Jesus. Under 10 seconds. How are you doing, Grinch? 4, 3, 2, 1. Holy cow. This is failure. Failure. We got it. Here we go. Like, this has to be the workout. We maybe failed the hardest time. Oh, losing it. We got Lindsay. Come on. I can't. I've never struggled.
